Booked a room with an extra large bed for mobility-impaired people as I couldn't see any rooms available with twin beds. After staying at Ibis Budget Dole, I had great expectations but was disappointed to find a room with damp on the walls, a rather seedy looking wetroom with stained floor and hardly any tables or surfaces on which to place clothes. The sliding door to the bathroom was also swollen and so didn't close properly or easily - not great for the purposes of discretion when you are sharing.Although the outside table was nice and the room was relatively quiet, I thought it needed a paint and an update in terms of bathroom suite. Rather crummy compared to Dole, even though the price was pretty much the same. The pillows on the bed also had a funny smell and the TV was set skew on the wall. There were no downlighters in the room either, as there are in Dole that help guide you to the loo at night. I felt sorry for anyone who was actually disabled and had ot stay in that rather dank and smelly room. I would prefer not to have to book such a room again just to get a twin room and hope they do something about cleaning up the room for future customers.
