We stay just one night and good news the room was clean but the air con did not work and if you open the window the guests were playing music very loud till almost 4am and for non-smoking room we were surrounded by smokers (room stunk of cigarette smoke). We did make a complaint and it took the company month to come back to us with sorry without refund. Well disappointed and you just lost a customer. M.

Very poor. I have stayed at Ibis Bugets in UK and they were fine. This one is terrible. Water temperature in shower changed throughout the entire shower. Could not open window at night to get cool air because the train noise at night kept us awake. Ran out of food during breakfast.

I stayed for 1 night and the trains, presumably freight, ran until around 2am and then started again at about 5am. Had a dreadful night of sleep. Cannot recommend this hotel. I stayed in room 315 which seemed to be close to the railway.

Everything was ok, the only problem was that we were there in a very hot day and the air conditioning was not good enough to cool the room, we needed to open the window to have some fresh air. At 5 in the morning the trains started to drive and the sound was horrible.

When I ordered room for three people, I got two sheets, two towels .. The hotel was really dirty, the room smelled how an old landsimply.. Unfunny experience. We looked forward to leave this place. That's all.

I was in Strasbourg for the WRC so I was pleased that the hotel is close to the highway (not noisy), the room was clean but I give only average because I've stayed in other Ibis Budget in which let's say the furniture and the carpet were in better conditions. Overall good quality/price ratio.

If you need a warm, clean and dry place to sleep near Strassbourg and with an even decent breakfast for Budget hotels, this would be an excellent option. Only 10 minutes drive from the Strassbourg city center an with very good accessibility from the highway. No luxury, friendly staff and everything you need when in need to spend the night on the road to somewhere and all you need is a clean bed and move on the next day.

The Ibis Budget Hotels offer a simple standard but the rooms are clean and fresh. This hotel is situated in the outskirts of Strasbourg several kilometresf rom the city centre, which means that the guestshave to use a car to get there. The breakfast is cheap but the breakfast room is not very calm and comfortable.

Would use again ibis hotel formally etap value for money 32 euros for family room.easy to find using GPS breakfast ok good start to the day.ideal place to stay to visit Strasburg and surrounding area or just an overnight stop.

Well, if you already have stayed in an Ibis Budget or Etap, you know what to expect. It is in an industrial area, far outside the city centre and all rooms are exactly the same. But anyway, if you have a car, it is good value for money, specially in Strassbourg, where all hotels are extremely expensive. Outside from the standard, there where some small details that could get better, such as clugged sink or that when we arrived the rooms where still not ready (although it was after 12).

The hotel is a convenient option when looking for a budget hotel. It is necessary, though, to have a car... It took about 15-20 minutes to drive to the center of Strassbourg. The rooms were clean, and up to the normal ibis budget standards. It would help, though, to have a towel for the floor when getting out of the shower; it does get flooded. Breakfast (an option for 5.95 euros) isn't such a great deal, and it was terribly crowded. It was Easter weekend, but still... not enough place to sit and a long line for a mediocre breakfast...
