Ibis had been a vergt consistent hotel. Clean, fair price and the location was really good. Close to the city centre. It is a small bedroom and bathroom and the heating was a just a bit noisy but for one night it’s what you need.

The Ibis Muenster is well located, just two minutes walk to the city centre. Its locsted conveniently adjacent to the Bahnhof carpark which is just 10 Euro for 24hr secure parking. Rooms are fairly small, but okay, the only negative in my opinion is that at a cost of around €100 per night, the facility to make a coffee in the room would have been nice. Rooms do not have kettles etc. Breakfast is not included, that is an extra cost.

At IBIS Münster you will find everything as you expect it from IBIS. Welcoming atmosphere at the lobby, small, but nice area for breakfast and evening beer, standard rooms, clean. Location is close to inner circle of Münster, everything reachable by short walk.

The hotel is located convenient to the main train station. The room was clean, the bedding very good. The only draw back was the modular bathroom. The service was impeccable, extremely helpful front desk.

Booked this hotel as part of a road trip on motorcycles. Has a bar and has off street secure parking which is accessed via a lift from the road! Rooms comfortable and clean. Relaxed atmosphere and efficient staff.

Despite the weather, it was only a short walk to the centre and we came upon a good pub/restruarant in town and sampled the six beers on tap - excellent - however the traditional veal stew turned out to be veal heart stew - not to our liking !!

There was a problem with my booking but the friendly staff have done everything to resolve it and save my day. The room was good, beds comfortable. The breakfast could be better, the choice was very limited.

It has been a surprise for us to have such a quality in a 2 star hotel. Atmosphere is friendly, staff is nice and rooms are ok. The bed was so comfortable that the first thing that I did next day was to remove the cover in order to check the brand to buy one for myself!

I was visiting Muenster with my family so we needed two rooms, as we had a small dog, we had to stay on two different floors which was understandable after the receptionist explained the reason. However the rooms were of a poor standard and the stairwell smelled of disinfectant, maybe better than the need for it. The rooms were extremely basic and much worse than the Ibis Styles which I usually book at considerably lower prices. I found the price of Euro 129, 00 in a city like Muenster to be fairly outrageous but due to the lack of alternatives I suppose Ibis can justify it. The breakfast buffet was very poor so we elected to pass on breakfast and eat elsewhere...good decision. However on the Sunday I needed to get my daughter to an appointment so had to get a coffee to an Gold Card member, I would have expected to be allowed a cup of coffee, I did point out my status but this was of no interest and I paid 5,20 for two coffees, not the world, but the principle stank. When I had dropped off my daughter, I asked whether I could top up my coffee. I was told that would be a further Euro 2,60 ! Of course, I could have just done it without asking and nobody would have known but still the receptionist wanted to charge me again. Sorry people but that's rubbish customer service and I shan't be staying in an Ibis anytime soon.

I needed to go to Muenster and the Ibis was my first choice. I am an Accor member and try staying with the group whenever I can. The Ibis is modern, clean and functional - It's an Ibis Hotel and that's what you get. But you definitely get more than you pay for. The hotel staff is very friendly, speak English very well and try to accommodate your needs whenever possible. The location of the Ibis is its best asset. In the centre of the town in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Muenster itself, as a university town is always full of life. So if you need to go there, stay at the Ibis. It's very good value for money. Big thanks to the reception staff. The recommendation for the L'Osteria Pizzeria was perfect! Didn't help my diet though.

The hotel is a little bit pricier than the Ibis Budget but it's worth the money if you want better comfort and breakfeast. Location was in the centre of the town with short walk to everything interesting.

Overall the IBIS was an ok place to stay. It was very clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was nice, (some were a little put off I didn't know any German). The one thing lacking for me was that there are no refrigerators in the rooms and they only serve breakfast. While there is an AMAZING restaurant across the street (Restaurant Mythos), you do have to walk a few blocks to get to any bakeries or other food establishments, and on a Sunday, that's quite a feat.

My stay was for two nights in the middle of November. Check-in was quick and efficient, if a little 'cold' - it just didn't seem that there was any personal interest; I was just another guest; another customer to process. The room I stayed in was, typically Ibis. No complaints at all. Clean - yes! Comfortable - yes! Quiet - yes! Ten out of ten on those points! What more could one ask for? Perhaps, as in other Ibis hotels I have stayed in, a small kettle; tea, coffee, milk and sugar would have have produced an 'Excellent'.score. Finally, a minor point, but I felt that I was being spied upon whenever I entered or left the hotel - there was always someone watching from an office with an open door. All in all, it is worth while staying there and as for Münster - great food; lovely, friendly people and the city has a lot of unrealized potential.

The ibis hotel was very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was a dream!! II would stay at this hotel again and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Munster. It was a great city to visit, my boyfriend worked in Munster in the 80's and this was his first visit back to the city, it brought back some very happy memories for him.

I've stayed in ibis Muenster City for 3 days and was was completely satisfied with this hotel. Although it is located in the middle of the city, 5 minutes walk from the shopping area and the train station, there is pretty quite. Clean rooms are not big, but very comfortable. The stuff is pleasant and helped me a lot in any thing I needed. I would recommend ibis Muenster City hotel for business trip staying.

I am staying at the Ibis hotel every time when I visit my daughter who studies in Munster. The hotel is not a luxury, but a very good standard for a reasonable price. Always spotless clean, very nice and helpful staff in the reception and a perfect location in the center and walking distance from the central station if you arrived by train.

Pretty much standard issue Ibis Hotel experience. Located less than 5 minute walk from the train station. Adequate, clean facilities. Breakfast is normal continental offering with scrambled eggs as the only hot food.

Another very good Ibis Hotel, clean and tidy with attentive staff. The hotel is located on a quiet road about five minutes from the Railway Station, the main shopping area being about ten minutes walk away.

The room is clen and pretty new. The space is well divided and the used technology is quite new. The windows blocks the noise quite well allowing a good night sleep. The matress is very good indeed, because it is not too soft as in most of the hotels I have been. This is very important to have a good sleep.

We spent four nights at the hotel. We found it to be in a great location, affordable and very clean. The service was excellent and the hospitality was very good. Very good value. I'd stay there again. However, I wish the weather is better next time, as it was an un-usually cold and wet time for a May weather. But we loved Muenster.
