The hotel is a bit old style but the rooms are big, clean an warm. The hotel is few steps from the metro "Eglise de Pantin" and you can go to the station "Trocadero" (tour Eiffel) in 35 minutes! (changing train only once). The surroundings of Pantin are pretty much OK. It is a safe area and pretty calm. I didn't find it difficult to park around and people are cordial. I think at least 50% percent of people I met there were not of French origin but they all spoke French well and sometimes other languages (Arabic, African dialects, English, Spanish and even Portuguese).

The is in good location, 10 minutes walk to the big supermarket but there are plenty chops and coffee around. Just minute to metro Pantin Eglise were you have a line 5 street to Paris Centre and approximately 30 minutes for Gare du nord stop. Minute to bus station, just situated in back of the hotel; Excellent option if you want to see around when you travel. Thus, the hotel is good situated. Inside is very clean, the room are very clean too, service is excellent, with top class customer service.

We needed a stop off on a longer journey. This hotel ticked the boxes; clean, comfortable, good breakfast (very impressed by choice and healthiness as well as friendly staff) and easily found. My one criticism would be that it was difficult to locate the car park and I had to park illegally to go into the hotel to ask for directions. When I found the car park, it was a little disconcerting that there were homeless people sheltering at it's entrance, but we experienced no problems. We actually really enjoyed the area - got a much better sense of 'real' Paris than we would have staying somewhere more central. Pantin reminded me of Hackney - a really diverse mix of people and some obvious good quality regeneration - so a really good vibe! We had a lovely meal at a Sardinian Pizzeria on a back street. I would recommend this hotel for being a good stop over, not much in the way of character or frills - but good, clean and very comfortable!

Staying for business in the local area. Room was clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and happy to communicate in English which I appreciated. Nothing too fancy but overall very satisfied. The hotel is not city centre by any means but is right next to the Metro so it can be reached fairly easily (20min).

Stayed 30 Sept to 3 Oct 2014. We were looking for a Paris hotel on the metro line (Pantin Eglise Metro station is right outside the door of this hotel), with a elevator (My back is not too good so lifting a suitcase up 5 flights of stairs doesn't appeal), with a private bathroom, reasonable size room and quiet. Mission impossible at this price in central Paris but with Pantin Eglise on the Eastern edge of Paris you can get this. Having read the online reviews (it's on a busy road) we asked for a room on the quiet side of the hotel plus the room had double glazing. This made the room very quiet with the window closed. This is important if you value a good nights sleep while staying in Paris. The room was of a nice standard and 20 m2 in size which is quite large by Paris standards in this price range. The bed was very comfortable being one of ibis's new comfort beds. The staff were helpful and nice to us. There were lots of close reasonably priced restaurants. Local shops like bakery and supermarket were just down the road with a 5 min walk. The only thing that was not good was the wifi connection which was slow with a weak signal also you had to login again every time you opened your iphone or ipad which was a pain. We have stayed in many places during our month holiday in europe and this wifi connection was the worse. Some places we stayed at only cost 50 euro and had really good wifi but this place we paid 120 euro and the wifi was bad. In this day and age good free wifi access as part of the accommodation is very important to most travelers. For us it is more important than TV. We could have paid a daily amount for their premium wifi service which may have been better but I think we shouldn't have to when we paid 120 euro for the night. With that price you would expect it to include good wifi. and on the subject of price, we booked on booking.com at 120 euro per night and saw a price of 93 euro on the wall in reception on the last night so we think we got a bit ripped off booking online. So over all we were happy with this hotel apart from the wifi problem.

I was looking for an affordable yet easy access place to Paris. After seeing that Ibis Paris Pantin Eglise was right on by the metro line, and the fact that rooms were large, I choose this location. I did not go wrong. Paris can be very expensive, and even though we were not in downtown, the service and great price and size of the room was great, not to mention a great breakfast.

I stayed for 2 night at this hotel with my family. The booking process, hotel reception service, room quality, cleanliness was very good. The hotel is in Zone 2 of Paris & located just above the metro station with easy connectivity across Paris. We didn't take breakfast / lunch / dinner at hotel, so couldn't comment on the food quality. Just next to the hotel, there are Chinese & Turkish restaurants with good food. ATM is also located next to the hotel. Only problem we faced is lack of basic dental kit & in-room coffee/tea facilities & mini bar. Television is useless & they have only french channels. There is a automated baggage storage facility for 3 & 4.5 EUR depending on the size which can be utilized if you checkout & want to collect the baggage later. People in the reception speak good English & friendly.

The hotel's location is quite good. Although the area around it is not very pleasant, it is really less than 50 meters from the Église de Pantin Metro station so it feels safe even when it's dark (of course, if you're OK with travelling by Paris Metro in the night...). The room (booked as a double one) was surprisingly big and probably could accommodate 3 or 4 people but it definitely needed a major refurbishing. It was quite smelly too. Moreover, the towels, even being changed daily, were smelling like something cheap and very old. We are not demanding and anything like a small room or a little spot on the carpet would not spoil our stay but this room was really far from being acceptable for the price of 110 Euro per night. I've stayed in several other ibis hotels before, and all of them were meeting my expectations. Quite a disappointing experience.

Good location to explore Paris by metro as the metro station (eglise de pantin) was located next to the hotel. Breakfast staffs very rude and unfriendly. However, front desk (reception) staffs were friendly and helpful. Room size was OK just like other ibis hotel. clean and comfortable.

I've been to this hotel a couple of times over the last 10 years. The location is great, metro is right in front of the door and the parking garage behind the hotel is not to expensive - 18 euro for 48 hrs. Train station Gare du Nore is on the same metro line and not to far away. The service, hygiëne, breakfast and the price are very good too. I love to come back in the future !

Only complaint is about the treatment of those responsible for breakfast, the treatment was not friendly, and spoke of it only in frences. Those responsible for the breakfast should be more friendly and speak some English.

Close to the MTR and bus station. With a small supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy near by. The price of eating in near by restaurants are cheaper than in central of Paris and yummy too. The sofa bed can sleep two person as well.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days from 29 to 30 March. The hotel rooms were pretty good for a family of three. The beds were perfectly comfortable after a hectic day in Paris. The best point is that the metro stop is just at the doorstep which feels very good. I would stay again in this hotel anytime.
