It seemed to me that the rooms are something smaller than average. Anyway, in general terms everything's ok. Location is not the very best considering Paris Subway. First station wasn't very far away but it was difficult to walk to, so, a Bus was necessary. Add to this that the Metro line was closed during part of my stay...
There were so many things wrong that I don't even know where to begin. Here are a few points that particularly bothered us: 1. The breakfast was terrible for the price. Not only was the food itself less than great, most of the time, half of the things we wanted to eat had run out and even 30 minutes later they still hadn't been restocked. We stayed 5 nights in all and this happened EVERY MORNING. 2. The rooms were decrepit and in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I don't even want to elaborate about the hairs and stains that seemed to be dispersed throughout our room....
Hotel has small confortable rooms, excelent service and reasonable price. Next to it there is a shopping mall with a big supermarket and several fast-food restaurants. Bus no. 24 will let you next to the city center (Louvre, Notre-Dame,etc) but there is also a metro station ~10 minutes away.
A very well located hotel, close downtown, but no so close to metro. Nice area, nice support, good shopps around, including market. The only problem is the broken automatic snack/water dispenser at lounge, forcing customers to buy at desk, with very higher prices.
A very nice hotel, convenient for the city. Room was clean, breakfast was fresh and the staff were excellent. I arrived very late at night but the staff were still very helpful and friendly. Recommended.
breakfast at a lower nivel than a regular Ibis. few buses to get to paris directly, no metro. car park with id card which never worked. very frustrating hotel for an ibis from Acor. no restaurant area close to the hotel. main door closed at night, means use a way to other door without any light and security.
We have stayed here before. It is a little 'out of town', but we chose it so that we could leave the car and use public transport. We are usually very happy with our stays at Ibis hotels, but this one fell a little short and was not as good as the last time we stayed a couple of years ago. The staff are friendlier elsewhere. The bar was not always manned and the cold drinks machine was out of order - not good when you get back at night in hot weather. The fan in the bathroom was not operating . Breakfast was not as good as usual - some elements (such as pain complet) were unavailable, and there were insufficient cups to get coffee at the same time as our breakfast. Felt the hotel and the staff were tired. Haven't had this experience before - perhaps we caught them on a difficult weekend?
I booked here, I thought it was very near to the stadium at Bercy, but it was a bus ride. I went to a concert, nearly missed the last bus back. Arrived back, bar closed, only a machine for a snack. Very comfortable bed, drab room, needed painting. NO coffee/tea facility in room, as in other Ibis I use. No control of aircon. Breakfast buffet, badly laid out, but plenty of food, all cold though. Didn't feel it was the best value for solo traveller. Staff were very pleasant.
Stayed for 3 nights with husband and friends on sightseeing trip. Hotel just outside Paris ring road. Next door to shopping mall with Carrefour and on No. 24 bus route so easy to get in and out of Paris although buses can get crowded. Room minimalist. Only 4 hangers for clothes, no drawers, so had to live out of suitcase. Double glazing in our room (444)poor as wind whistled through and noise from the traffic was constant. We didn't complain as it was only a short stay although they do have a 15 minutes policy which basically means they have 15 minutes to correct any problem. Room and public rooms modern and very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast - continental, so no hot dishes but would have been welcome as it was bitterly cold and snowing. Expensive at 9 euros each but restaurant never crowded. Bathroom fine but only had two towels (one each) for whole of stay. Bar area very quiet but that suited us. Lots of students staying so Reception could be crowded at times. Staff polite. As we stay in Premier Inns in the UK a lot we found this hotel much more expensive (although I suppose Paris suburbs are bound to be more expensive) and bedrooms less well-equipped. On the whole a reasonable stay.
Most closest hotel to our office. This is the only reason to take a room there.. Small rooms (my one had broken fan-coil). Comfort bed (queen-size). Bedclothes hasn't been changed for a week! On the fourth day I found a small note on my bed which says "Sorry, but your bedclothes cannot be changed due to weather condition":) Obviously they uses airplanes to bring that stuff to the laundry and back :) Breakfasts are monotonous. Overall: it's not actually bad. But if you're looking for confort -- choose another one. For business travelers who need quiet place to sleep and work -- could be a reasonable choice.
