Good comfortable hotel in convenient location. Friendly staff at check-in. Very good breakfast with cold and hot options. Coffee was great. Limited evening eating options within walking distance. Easy access to motorway network through to Switzerland and France.

Stayed here for one night en route from England to Austria and again on our return journey a week later. Everything was satisfactory and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Located handily to local road networks so for our purposes it was fine. Located in a kind of industrial area which might not suit everybody. Adjoining restaurant and in house buffet breakfast were good.

It is halfway between Strasbourg and the German border to the north and more in the North-West of Hagenau. So if you plan to visit Strasbourg it might not be your best choice. But if you are on business in the Hagenau area it is ideally located in proximity to some automotive and electronic manufactures in the area. Rooms are up to the standard and the team is friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate coming back when in the area.

It had been some time since we last stayed at an IBIS and we recently had to visit Strasbourg and booked a 3 night stay. The hotel was bright, modern, well kept and the rooms very good with nice bedding and linen.

This is a good place for an overnight stop. There are three different restaurants to choose from and we were offered two welcome drinks on arrival which was much appreciated as our journey was long. Our room was comfortable and the car parking is right outside the main entrance.

The hotel is not in town, it's close to the highway. You'd need a car to get to Haguenau, but it can be a good place to spend the night, if you plan to visit something in the North of Alsace. Looks like a train, has ground floor + 1st floor, and it's quite looong. The reception is at one end. Didn't see any elevator to go to 1st floor. Didn't have breakfast, luckily there is a Boucherie restaurant next to the hotel where I had a good diner. Free parking & WIFI.

Our room was on the ground floor facing the Ibis Budget car park and only had a door for ventilation. These rooms have very limited space to move around the bed, in fact only room for one person at a time. The room was OK except for the space factor. The attached restaurant does not have a plat de jour on Sundays. The menu apart from burgers, chips & salads was very limited. We ate from the grilled steak selection on the menu and it wasn't the best we have had. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is a little off the tourist route and I presume caters mainly for business visitors. However it is not too far off the main A-4 Autoroute . We received a very cheerful welcome aided by a seasonal glass of Vin Chaude. The rooms are typical Ibis quality: clean, comfortable and well soundproofed from a busy road about 30metres away. Our evening meal was in the adjoining La Boucherie restaurant which is a typical 'chain' restaurant offing a limited but perfectly satisfactory menu, mainly beef orientated but there were some altenatives. Breakfast was the usual Ibis self service breakfast of fresh bread, cheese, ham, yoghurt etc and coffee. A nice touch was the orange juicing machine.

Basic hotel, truly dramatic location, close to fast-food restaurants in industry area. Try to have dinner in Strassbourg before you arrive at the hotel. Beds are ok. Arrive as late as possible and just wake-up and leave immediately. Breakfast is ok as well.
