We stay here every time. It’s close to all public transport and shops. Staff are friendly. Rooms are small however always cleaned to the highest standards. It’s a bargain compared to other properties close by.
I stay in Perth regularly for work, and this hotel is always a pleasure to book. It is ideally located less than 5 mins walk from the train station, and you can easily walk to the ferry terminal in less than 15 mins too. Very close to some really good restaurants, but it also has its own good restaurant on site. The staff are always friendly & helpful.
Ideally situated close to shops bars restaurants and public transport. Check I was fairly fast and got room immediately. Plenty of tourist information leaflets in reception. However the staff did not have much knowledge about things to so when we asked. Breakfast was good apart from one member of staff Peter Buhaney. He made us feel very unwelcome on the first morning he only spoke to male clients just grunted the rest of the stay. Totally ignored us when we pointed out that the juice dispenser was leaking all over floor which could have lead to someone slipping on it and it remaines that way until we left an hour later. The girls in the restaurant were much more pleasant and friendly. Beds very comfy.
The hotel is in a great location. however it was run down dirty no value for money at all i would not recommend the use of the restaurant you will get much better value else where. the place needs a complete overhaul.
We recently travelled to Perth for Business and chose the IBIS Perth due to it's locality. The staff we more than helpful and we were upgraded to a premium room. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. We had breakfast the next morning which was lovely and freshly cooked. Thank you Ibis Perth we certainly would stay here again.
Room was very clean and neat on a daily basis The location being so close to the Murray Street Mall is handy. The restaurant is excellent with good service and the Rubix Bar is very welcoming. Reception assistance is very good with smooth arriving and departure service.
I stayed at the IBIS Perth and the staff at the reception were very pleasant and were very helpful, and all out to please. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The Ibis is in the central district of Perth and close to all shops as well as the entertainment district which was a walk away. My trip to and from the hotel was ny Uber and was very pleasant too. I find Perth to be multicultural and was an all inclusive community unlike Melbourne where each community is in its own environment. Hence in Pert there was mixing of all groups and the roads were not dangerous to walk in unlike Melbourne where one is always having the fear of being mugged
Nice hotel in the center of Perth, well priced and very friendly staff.Breakfast is good.Meals in the restaurant were great.Their adjoining bar next door has happy hour and nice bar food. Close to transport, you can't go wrong.
After a while not visiting the city I was so pleased to be back at my fabouritr little hotel as always was weloocomed with friendly staff and a lovely upgrade on my room. The dinner was good and we were spoiled with a complimentary dessert fro management. Always go back and always will
We booked 2 hotel rooms and only arrived around midnight on Friday 1st Sep. We were welcomed by a very courteous gentleman at reception. During our stay, the lady at reception by the name of Ms. Wu recommended a couple places for breakfast and they turned out such amazing venues for breakfast/brunch. Ms. Wu was very helpful as well with assisting to extend our check out time. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
The staff at Ibis was awesome. Very friendly and out-going, not just polite. They helped me with a small problem in the room as well as finding places to go and eat. I highly recommend the Ibis Hotel on Murray St.
The Grill for breakfast and dinner appeared very disorganised and lacked sufficient staff. I over-heard one of the waitresses saying she had no idea of the table numbering. On the first night I waited 30 minutes for my meal and then was served the main before the antree. On the second night they advised me I would need to wait 30 - 40 minutes.
Ibis Hotel is in the heart of Perth CBD. The cost of a hotel room is very reasonable. The room is comfortable, however, the bathroom is very small. Staff are friendly an helpful, we we offered a free upgrade and a late check out.
Booked direct for Perth Ibis on Accor website. We had a twin bed and breakfast package for myself and my mum for just $129. Rooms were basic, but great value buffet breakfast and comfortable twin (single) beds. Bathroom was quite pokie but had all amenities needed. Highly recommended for proximity to Perth Arena. Will definitely stay there again for location if I could get similar priced package. Handy to know where parking is now as will save time to park straight away and then head to hotel - as had to get passenger to jump out of car whilst I drove around block as no outside parking nearby. This was only down fall.
Staff very friendly, as usually (not my first stay here. And as ACCOR memeber you get always a welcome drink and normally room with Nespresso coffee machine. Wifi works good but you are limited to 1GB, anyway you can connect again after. I deed a mistake on my booking date but they wansn't any problem to check in 1 day earlier, the only thing is that I loose my discount price from Internet booking and I had to pay about 50 AUD more :-(
Went to the Football, caught public transport, met friends for a few drinks before & after the game, Represented good value for money, clean functional room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed & nice breakfast in the morning.
Reception are very helpful. Nothing was too much to do for us. Rooms are spotless. We were offered a suite at little extra cost. The staff know their work. Very close to CBD. Free bus services. Food is top notch.
the hotel is centrally located, close to the free Cat Bus services, plenty of cafe's and a step away from the central shopping area its ideal position - the free cat busses connect up with each other so you can visit Northbridge, East Perth Claisebrook Cove and Elizebeth Quey where you can get the ferry to South Perth
Had 2 great nights at the Ibis on Murray street, on arrival friendly helpful staff and the the room we had was spacious ,very clean, quiet, lovely queen size comfortable bed, brilliant value for money and in a really good location in the city with good access to bars, restaurants, shops and transport.
Stayed one night and was happy with the customer service in General. we had a superior room it was big enough for the port a cot and suit cases without it being too tight. It's nothing fancy but good value for money. My only negative was I was alone with my toodler, suitcase, stroller, car seat, babybag, the taxi dropped me off at the front but I struggled to get my things to the front desk with no assistance from the staff till I asked for it to get my things to the room. Location is good right where the nightlife of the city is and the room was quiet too.
