Customer Reviews

Partnership with

I have stayed here for the 3rd time. It's a good hotel at a practical and nice location. Quiet but near shops and restaurants and the metrostation. Staff is really nice and welcoming. I will stay here again in the future.

Very convenient and leisurely stay in Paris. Ideal location near to restaurants and tube station etc. Parking was a bit expensive but for central Paris that is expected. We stay two nights and will definitely return again next in Paris.

As expected it was nice and clean. The room ans commodities are all clean. The bed was really comfy so perfect for resting. As for the breakfast it was good to have some freshly baked goods and to kmow whem the next batch would be done. Overall the price/quality ratio is good.

Clean rooms Bar staff would not serve us in the bar so wandered down into the Village and found Restaurants and a great mini Brewery Close to the excellent Paris metro Had a great time felt safe walking around area

Everything was perfect.. staff is very welcoming and helpful. Easy check in and check out.. no surprises on the bill. Nice situated.. love shops, restaurants and the park of bercy. Definitely will recommend. :)

This is a good hotel in a fantastic location. Right in the middle of Bercy Village with terrific eateries(enjoy the happy hours from 5-8) and shopping pleasures. Very easy access to Paris centre due to the metro station only a couple of minutes walk. The staff are lovely and the breakfast very good value. We stayed over a weekend this time and the only downsides were a couple of pointers with the room and the Sunday breakfast. The bathroom door was fitted by someone who must like to be watched on the toilet and we had the service lift next door which sounded like a railway shunting yard at times!! And the towels were so thin that the offer to save the world by not changing them each day got the thumbs down from us. Sunday breakfast was packed, so food was in short supply when we arrived at 9:15. No bread when we arrived and no cups for the coffee machines. Tables not cleaned after other guests had left, All sorted within 1/4 hr but a bit irritating. Think this was due to shortage of staff but the numbers of guests on a Sunday shouldn't come as a surprise should it? On Monday we were virtually the only people in there and it was great. Overall, we will stay here every time we come to Paris. The benefits far outweigh any(small) negatives.

When I entered the room, there was a promise that 'the hotel would solve every single problem related to breakfast, roomservice, rooms in general etc, withing 15 minutes". It took them 2,5 days to find me an ironer. Obviously, that came without a ironing board. And the ironer itself was pretty black on the surface, so couldn't use it on my white shirts. Been asking for days for it, but apparently they only have one for a few hunderd rooms. With staff being pretty rude, and not following up. Let alone that the airco did not work. A note was made to solve it, but they never followed up. Key card didn't work, so I walked up and down three times before somebody from recpetion made an effort to walk up with me to solve things. Sorry, I hardly ever complain, and travel a lot, but this was just not good.

The hotel is ideally placed for visiting Paris. It is near the Metro, has a cinema and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Eat -all-you like breakfast is available for an additional reasonable price. Rooms are clean and staff ae helpful.

The solicitation is very convenient, 2min. from subway line 14. The animated area is pedestrian and offer many restaurants and some nice shops. There is also a park for relaxing or jogging. Rooms are very quite and Eiffel side view is good to have. Check-in process is very efficient and fast with on-line checking. Check out is very fast too. Staff is smiling.

I have stayed more than 8 times at this hotel & everytime I have seen them doing better & better challenging other hotels around the area. Great location with Cour St-Emilion metro station very close by which is attached to No 14 line, one of the fastest lines, having major stations like Gare de Lyon reached in less than 10mnts, very easy when you have TGV trains to catch when travelling to provinces. Cour St-Emilion is a very famous location for tourists in terms of gastronomy having so many magnificent well known restaurant options creating a stunning ambiance all around, well recommended shopping available & other entertainment such as famous cinemas. A part from the famous metro there is a taxi stand near the hotel having taxis regularly available. Fantastic staff in front office, restaurant, house keeping that always made our stays extremely comfortable and feel like home away home. They are always very helpful, courteous, supportive & around the clock delivering a wonderful experience to their guests. We usually book on BB and have taken the occasional dinner. The market style breakfast buffet is well presented & choices are excellent. At times,we have felt that refilling of buffet doesn't happen faster or it's properly monitored so we had to ask or point it out but I'm sure they will rectify this paying more attention. The occasional dinners taken we thoroughly enjoyed thanks to their carefully presented menus which they update regularly. Excellent team at the restaurant will make your dining experience more felt & well enjoyed. Rooms offer great value for money. You can request Rooms with the great view of Eiffel Tower in distant which is fantastic in night when you see the colorful lights. Of course, this will be possible depending on availability in 8th floor, I love the room 822. House keeping unit works very hard to keep all floors & rooms clean & tide, must appreciate that I never felt any issues about cleanliness. If there is any slightest unexpected fault in the room will be very quickly attended with solutions found instantly. Rooms seem to be all renovated and of standard that is relavent to a 3 star. I recommend this hotel strongly to anyone travelling to France on business or as a tourist which can be a definite value addition. Honestly it's a wonderful experience everytime, go for it. You won't regret !

This was the 2nd time we've stayed here and it's a great spot. We brought our parents here both visits and they too really enjoyed. The hotel close to a metro stop, always clean and staff helpful. The rooms are sufficient as well. My only complaint this time is that we had a smoking room, which we didn't want. I didn't request a room move as opening a window helped with the smell. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Another excellent stay at this hotel. Everything we needed for our overnight stay. Dog friendly and close to the Auto train station. Also within walking distance of Gare de Lyon. Bercy park is just at the back of the hotel and lovely to walk through on your way to Bercy village where you can find shops and places to eat.

We went to see Bruce Springsteen at the Accor Hotels Arena, formely Bercy Omnisports, and stayed at this hotel for the sixth time. It is basic but the location, 15 minute walk from the Arena and across the road from Bercy Village with a huge selection of bars and restaurants, is fantastic. Will stay again when in Paris next.

Had trouble finding the Hotel in the Bercy Village. We were wandering around until found a local who took us to it. Stayed for two nights and was adequate for two people. Room was okay but a bit tired. The bed could do with an upgrade from the foam topper it had. Could not fault the service from front desk. Had to call a doctor and staff were very helpful. The croissants were the best we had in our whole time in Paris. Nice to be close to the Bercy Village restaurants.

The hotel was pleasant and clean. The number of towels could have been increased. The breakfast was good. The restaurant says it is Pasta and Pizza but could not find any pasta on the menu and the pizza was not good. However, I didn't try anything else on the menu.

I always book IBIS when I am in France and that is almost every week. I am very satisfied about the service and the rooms. The hotels are mostly in a good neighborhood, with fine connections with the public transport.

Excellent location with beauty of paris spirit and metro access. Hotel is clean and classy however there no response at all from the stuff for any extra questions or requirements or any unsatisfied issues. Only you get what they provide no more less. Other than that it was good

Staff attentive and helpful. Le petit dejune was tasty with many choices. Location of this property is near a lovely shopping and meeting area. Metro location near for access to all areas of the city and beyond. Is exactly as expected and is the reason I choose Accor Ibis when traveling Europe.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It was well located, the staff was friendly, english speaking. The restaurant is nice too, their breakfast was amazing. Worth paying for. The rooms were quiet, clean, confortable. I would definetly stay there again.

we were in this hotel for 3 nights and were positively surprised with neighborhood - Bercy Village which was placed with good restaurants (dinner was around 30-50 euro for boths) and shops. Hotel room services was very good, receptionists were always helpful and kind to us, room was standard double bed, nothing luxurious but very comfortable. Hotel is situated nearby big park (Bercy park) and metro station (St. Court Emilion, approx.200 m far)
