This hotel offers good facilities for single person as well as families or group. The location is great for the first time visitor as it is in the vicinity of bars and restaurants if you arrived late.
I always use Ibis, especially when I visit Lisbon. However, this time a smell of wet painting was spread through the ventilation channels. I noticed that there were problems with me while I was sleeping, but the problems (cough and sore throat) raised when I left Lisbon. When I was back in my hometown, I visited a doctor and he diagnosed allergy. I had to stay in bed for two days to calm down with medicaments.
Appointment at IPO hospital very handy and car parking available breakfast was fine lots of option extra bed was a good size single although made room a little cramped would stay again we took ou dog and that was ok
It is a Nice place to stay in reasonable rates, I got 4th floor and still the view was very good. Staff was punctual and very responsive. Of course take the coupons for breakfast as they serve very nice options for it.
Quite good hotel, Ibis standard room, clean and confortable, but not so good location for a familly. There aren't good bakeries, bars and restaurants around, you need to walk 30 min or more to find one.
(-) Room was a bit tight and stuffy, small window and thermostat did not work. (+) The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The gentleman that checked us in regularly checked in with us if we came into the lobby when he was behind the desk, and was very informative and patient with us. Very good pequeno almoco aswell, the workers in the restaurant were very pleasant and super hospitable.
Rooms are simple and comfortable. Receptionists are helpful. Prices are right. Use of internet is appreciated. Easy to book on-line, and easy to check in late. Comfortable bar area for meeting people.
I like the location and the staff. The breakfast is good and varied. Whenever I go to Lisbon I stay at this Íbis. The rooms are practical and comfortable. The bed is very good! The service at check in and check out is fast and easy.
The quality of the rooms and breakfast surpassed expectations, much above normal Ibis hotels. It is 10 min walk from a metro station in a quiet area of Lisbon, away from the centre. It is perfect if travelling by car, as it has a private garage and parking is quite affordable.
Whenever I travel I only try to stay at IBIS for convenience, facilities for those who have the network card accor and the good service and quality of overnight stays. It is a hotel that offers everything from the basics except pools or things of the genre.
Attendants, both reception and breakfast were very attentive; Very good breakfast; The hotel is well located; Comfortable bed and large bathroom and very clean; WI-FI with easy access; Well suited room with big bed;
Can't fault this property. I do wish that IBIS would set a standard though. We moved from Porto here. The room at IBIS in Porto was larger, had an electric kettle, which was nice and extras were put on the bill at the end of our stay. In Lisbon, everything was cash in advance, quite disconcerting at times.
Location is convenient for the bus terminal near the Sete Rios train station. It was convenient to the Praca de Espanha metro station as well. A short-cut from level 3 of the Ibis parking garage makes the metro station much closer distance than walking around the block to the front of the hotel's main entrance. The only nuisance I encountered was airplane noise beginning around 5 or 6 a.m. when I slept with window open. Much less noise with the window closed.
Very good location and excellent service, the room very clean..The staff was very friendly,I just have a suggestion : to have a coffee maker and bottles water in the room. The price was affordable and reasonable.
It is a well supplied hotel, low cost with a good service level. Installations and facilities are available and easy to use. The location is still, although it is close to Sete Rios Station, which is a strategic point for transportation in all Portugal. Close to the airport, so you can choose what transportation means you can choose to travel abroad. Responsive and very nice staff, well trained, make you feel comfortable and at home, good wi-fi and a nice breakfast also. I recommend this hotel.
On arrival I was offered a room which had a locked door leading into another private room. I could clraly hear the conversations and noises of other guests.I spoke to the reception to change the room.Afterwards, they gave another room (which had smell of cigarettes). The hotel is situated on the trajectory of the airport's runway. Therefore, the planes will fly low (all the time), over the hotel, before landing at the airport. I had to close the window to sleep comfortably. The continental breakfast was fine.
I have stayed here twice and have been satisfied both times. The front desk is very helpful, the rooms are small but modern and super, duper clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and it is a good location for trains and subway. I also really enjoy the breakfast. For the price, a super deal and will stay here again.
Guest room lack basic needs cups, hot water heater etc. Front office representatives are customer focused and helpful. Request for plates, cups for use in guest room was bluntly refused by duty manager.
Just enough requirements: location good close to metro, noisy airplanes all night, no fridge, clean, stuff friendly except the lady in the breakfast restaurant, the minimum requested room size and personal equipments.
I stayed in this hotel twice in my trip. It is located in a convenient place, near metro, restaurants and the El Corte Inglés store. Standard services, installations, quiet, good breakfast. I was able to use the free parking all days also, in front of the hotel. Attendants are very polite and helpful.
