The receptionist was very helpful in giving directions and suggestions on what to do (and when: at night - go and see the lights!) There would be a market on Saturday, so it was better to move the car (or it would be stowed away). Very friendly, nice room, thank you I could open a window.

This hotell was in a good location. We loved walking around the town, very nice place. Plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was very good. The rooms clean but the single bed where too close together. Not enough room when Sharing. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

The aim of our visit was to see my grandfather's name on the Arras Memorial as he was killed in the Battle of Arras almost 100 years ago. To this end the Ibis Hotel was almost ideal being centrally located. We were warmly greeted and allocated a room on the 1st floor. The room was warm, clean and tidy albeit slightly cramped due to the size of bed but was nonetheless comfortable. The breakfast was a comprehensive continental style of good quality which we enjoyed on both mornings. We would stay at this hotel again. Parking can be a problem but we managed to find a space on both evenings near to the hotel and only paid a few Euros since parking is free from 6pm until 9a, and completely free on Sunday.

The city of Arras retains its medieval layout in the Les Places district. This causes difficulty for modern traffic access. The hotel being situated between Place d'Ipswich and the Grand place makes access difficult by car. I would suggest approaching via Grand Place and checking in having parked in the underground car park (12 euro overnight) Rooms in the hotel are not the usual Ibis layout being constrained by the dimensions of the building' All the usual Ibis facilities are present.. Larger stature guests might find the rooms small but double glazing makes for quiet rooms even on lower floors. Breakfast is served in a pleasant room by reception and is a good selection of usual Ibis Fayre. The staff are multilingual and efficiently helpful. Highly recommended foe one to three night stay or longer if staying for business.

Not very clean not usual standard of Ibis Hotels, won't stay here again disappointed as hotel is in an excellent position. We used are points for this stay was this why are room wasn't up to their usual standard .

Stayed overnight on our way, also visiting English War Memorial. A lovely hotel in centre of Arras. Excellent and friendly reception, room clean and a good breakfast. Will definitely stay again. Pets are very welcome.

Discovering Arras was a wonderful experience and the Ibis Hotel was perfectly located to explore the centre with its two squares and many restaurants. It was a pity that car parking was a little fraught.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and in the heart of town, yet still a quiet location. The rooms were clean and comfortable if a little dated. The underground parking in Grand Place is convenient and not too expensive.

Excellent location, great little town full of surprises, parking difficult. But it was a fete day. We will go back soon. weather helped a lot, as did the beer, The staff were great and always went the extra mile. Great homeward or starting stop over.

Yes it is an older hotel but it is extremely clean. You will not get a better location. But the real gems of this property are the staff. From reception to meal servers/cleaners, they are all rock stars. Thank you

Though we were about to enter a nice spacious hotel - room was tiny. Hotel employees advised me the room on the website was that of their largest room (of which they have one of) Felt mislead. . . . .

The hotel is well located. Free car parking can be found less than 1/2 mile from the hotel. Room layout is a little tight but adequate for a short stay. The hotel is not modern but the staff give a good welcome.

Friendly staff - exceptional location of the hotel - will definately not stay anywhere else next time I am in Arras. The staff were attentive and willing to assist us with dinner plans, local knowledge and overall very helpful.

Stayed at the Ibis Arras Centre hotel. Great location for all attractions only a few metres from the main squares. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well presented. Will definitely stay there again

Great location to stay when visiting The Somme area. A nice welcome, easy check in. Room comfortable, maybe a little small but perfect for our needs and very clean. Parking a slight issue but once explained where we could leave the car it was not a problem.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Staff were helpful in finding a car parking space. Arras is a great stop off location with lots to see and do in the area, history is amazing. Will definitely recommend and return to learn more about arras!

This was a trip to visit two cemeteries in the Artois region. We arrived in Arras and were warmly welcomed and efficiently dealt with. We requested help to organise a taxi for the next day and that was dealt with there and then. We asked about where to eat and were directed to a wonderful basement restaurant/bistro Le Saint Germain. The rooms were clean and tidy although all the party said they were quite warm, if we had stayed longer no doubt we would have turned the thermostat down. Ludovic also gave us information about where to purchase a beret in Lille. A very successful first visit to France and enjoyed by everyone in the party.

We have stayed at this hotel twice before and the room for three is small but clean and meets requirements. The location is excellent and Arras is a pretty city. Great Restaurants and bars for local food. Plus browse the shops...

A really well located hotel with friendly staff but very small rooms. Always happy to use this hotel and to have the buffet breakfast which is good value. Don't expect luxury but it's very clean and convenient .
