Good accommodation. with the usual good service. .Convenient on site restaurant. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. Good location outside of the city centre with easy access to routes to continue the journey
We regularly stay at this hotel on route to Switzerland as it offers us a secure base for our car and property. The hotel is also close to a major supermarket and other services. We enjoy a comfortable night's sleep on the uprated double bed.
We have stayed here many times and have always found the staff very helpful and peasant. Room is very comfortable although on our recent visit we were disturbed by a couple entering the hotel and the room next door at 3am in the morning. They were very noisy indeed until 5am and clearly not in the room to sleep!!
The hotel is easy reachable and has a large car park. Rooms are clean. The grill restaurant on the same building offers fine food and the atmosphere is very comfortable. It's an ibis hotel as you expect it. Would stay again.
First class in every respect. The hotel and staff could not be faulted. The location is excellent and as we have a dog there are lots of good walks nearby. This was our 3rd stay and we will stay there again.
We often stay here on our ay to Switzerland. It is comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Rooms have been refurbished and beds are comfortable. Located just off the main road it makes an excellent overnight stop.
The hotel was straight forward to find and check in effortless. Clean and tidy room's with good facilities and a roomy car park. The bar was also a nice place for a evening drink. Breakfast good with plenty of choice.
We used this hotel for one night only -- not easy to locate without GPS. Staff very pleasant and helpful, room clean and well appointed. Very nice breakfast. Car park not enclosed, but plenty of spaces and hotel is well away from the main road. Would certainly use again.
Stopped at this hotel which is south-east of Rheims on our way to see the birth place of Joan of Arc both of which are in the middle of nowhere. Nice polite staff clean room but we did not dine there. There is also a small business centre. One night stop only.
Reception area being refurbed but staff very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Typically French but plenty of it! Room wasn't huge but perfectly adequate for a stopover stay. No road noise and good, safe parking.
Inspite of significant building works we were greeted like long lost frineds and treated well. The room had been recently refurbished and the bed was exceptionaaly comfortable. Breakfasr was beyond reproach. Tanks to all.
This was our first stay at this hotel and although refurbishment of the public areas was under way the staff were still friendly and helpful and making the disruption felt to customers as little as possible. The breakfast which is taken in the adjoining Courtpaille Restaurant was of a good quality but the food served at dinner was poor and spoiled what was otherwise a very pleasant stay.
second time using this hotel as midway return and it has certainly dropped in quality the rooms and corridors gave of a bad smell of onions, and the general outlook of the building now needs renovating. although the staff were very friendly they were not really interested, we will be by-passing this one next time
This is a pleasant stopover in a fairly sparse area for chain hotels and is within shouting distance of the ports. The Courtpaille restaurant is not up to the usual Ibis restaurant standard. My blue steak was served up on the well done side of medium and my partners chicken dish was cremated.
We stayed here whilst travelling from Germany to France. This is an excellent hotel for a stopover with plenty of on site parking. We also had a very good meal in the attached Courtepaille restaurant and would certainly return if in the area again.
We were disappointed with this hotel. The room was very basic and we would have appreciated some sort of refreshment in it but there was nothing at all. Our room looked out on to the waste skips and we didn't think much of this until the waste collection truck arrived just after 5 am in the morning creating a deafening noise. We could have put our hands outside the window and touched the truck, it was so close. Breakfast fare was a bit sparse and when we asked for baguette, we had to wait about 10 to 15 mins for it. When it arrived, the inside was very cold and it had obviously just been taken from the freezer and an unsuccessful attempt made to defrost it.
Receptionist helpful as always Rooms clean and tidy though bathroom is a bit like a lake after showering . Better shower curtains needed Bedroom curtains look like moths have had a field day but the bed is superb and the location is quiet so a good nights sleep is on the cards Breakfast is great Restaurant is a separate franchise but attached to the a hotel and the food is excellent
We have stayed many times at this hotel, as it is conveniently situated at about the halfway point of our journey from London to Interlaken, Switzerland. The rooms and service were as good as ever. Somewhat disappointing was the food at the adjacent Courtepaille, which was not up to previous standards. The rump steak was not cooked as requested to "a point" and the meat was tough. Had to wait a long time for service, although the restaurant was very busy the night of our stay. Will consider eating elsewhere on our next trip.
