The airport is perfectly convenient and I am grateful for it. It's comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly. All is great. The only thing I found a little scary was the step from the bathroom. I almost fell several times.
it is easy to get to, i flew in easyjet into D gates it a bit of a hike, you just follow the over head signs to Hotels & CDG val & trains to Paris, get out roissy stop, the hotel is well signposted, excellant base. It very run Hotel exception being reception, they could not find my reservation but apart from that it was great.
I have traveled in and out of Paris Charles De Gaulle airport at least three times a year for the past ten years. We routinely stop the night before leaving Paris at the IBIS Roissypole CDG Hotel. The experience has always been excellent. Now that I have caught on to joining the Club Accor idea it has only gotten better. With membership privileges, online booking and early check in the process has gotten very, very efficient. Most recently the renovations to the lobby, meeting room areas and restaurants have made it even more inviting and comfortable! Good job!!
The room was simple but spacious. I loved the intense white bathroom. The restaurant was quite good. Also the breakfast. No frills. I prefer it to Ibis Styles which is fancier. I will stay here again.
The hotel is located convenient to Terminal 3, plan for a long walk if in any other part of the airport I find the general directions at CDG airport leave much to be desired The restaurant meals at the hotel is reasonable cost and efficient. Like most hotels in Europe the beds have Duvets which we can not stand and alway strip the outter sheets off to sleep more comfortable The bathroom is quite a generous size . Like many hotels this one uses liquid soap, we prefer to use soap bars and have now taken to packing a bar in our suit case The internet was good
Stayed for the night. I found the hotel to be accommodating. It is very close to the airport, you just take the CDGVALshuttle in terminal 2 and go to Roissypole. From there, it is just outside the station. RER B station is also there, from which you can go to Paris (which I did for shopping).
Nothing in particular to write about. The location of the hotel was ideal for my visit and the staff were able to give me a room at 7.30am which is good as not always you get a room at that time. Overall it was a good stay.
Within (covered) walking distance of Terminal 3, just 7 minutes away if the traffic light is green! The rooms are quiet, clean and compact. Restaurants and bar on the main floor save you from leaving the hotel at night.
This was our last night in Europe and we had booked this Ibis based on all the others we have enjoyed staying at. We were greeted by friendly staff but when asked how to get to the rental car returns, had know idea. This information should be available as most travellers would be grateful for this information. When we got to our room with our 3 cases and various bags we found the room to be TINY!!! It was so small we had to get the bags pit awaay so we could move round . The room was dated and tired, definately in need of a make over. I would not reccommend this hotel for your first or last night in Europe and we were really dissapointed as our other Ibis stays had been first class.
Easy to find, great rooms, excellent restaurants, good value for money. Very convenient for the VAL transit shuttle. Will definitely use again when we travel from Paris CDG airport. The Accor Members desk is vey useful.
We stayed for 2 nights and we were highly satisfied with the facilities. Bed was comfortable. The toilet was a bit congested but we can't expect more for the money. The stay is very close to CDG Roissypole terminal and train station. The breakfast was good and sufficient.
Although the hotel itself was very good, the access and the way to find IBIS hotel at the airoport was a complete nightmare. I now know there's several IBIS hotels at the airport and the staff at the Arrivals area, do not give proper directions and there are no signs anywhere. We ended up taking 2 different shuttles to wrong IBIS hotels, shuttles that are not wheelchair accessible (both ramps were out of order), and had to ask the help to other passengers to get me into the shuttles. Please FIX this.
I would say we had a great experience at this hotel. The room, the restaurant in the hotel, the location were all really good. My only criticism is the man who checked us in. This person was very negative and made us feel like we were bothering him. I’d go so far to say he was rude. Very unhelpful, didn’t mention how we were to use the elevators to get up to our room. Fortunately, a man noticed our confusion at the elevator and assisted us. He also worked at the Ibis CDG, so this comment doesn’t include anyone but the older gentleman who check us in.
A comfortable and enjoyable stay. I like the buffet at the restaurant. A quick and courteous check-in. Very close to the airport and easy to get to the airport. Good wifi service. Sometimes the check-in for the loyalty members is slow!
We were on our way back to Canada, so being a very short distance from the airport with a rail shuttle every few minutes was ideal. I checked in online and was sped through by a friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower amenities more spacious than most Paris hotels. I booked as soon as I knew what my return date to Canada was, so managed a good deal.Next year we will probably go to Paris a day early, stay for two nights, and take the 35 min train for 10 euros to the centre of Paris.to spend a day and evening in Paris.
Friendly and quick check in and check out. We stayed one night in this hotel as we had an early flight to catch. Neither my husband, my 2 years old daughter or myself had a good night sleep. We got given a room right next to the elevator and we got all awake few times during the night. Not recommended for families with small children.
This is right at the airport, not even a 1-minute walk from the shuttle stop between Terminals 1 and 3. It was clean and safe. The check-in was a little awkward (no frills), but it's a great value and was just what I needed since I was meeting someone at the airport early the next morning.
The room and bedding were great. The restaurant was under every expectations. All the dishes from the buffet were cold. All of them. For breakfast the food was scattered all over the place. They were closing the place around us, making us feel that we had to clear the room fast at 9 am!
It already started at checkin, I booked via our corporate account with breakfast included, the lady at the check in desk was convinced that it was without breakfast. I had to prove this, but when I looked for the booking in my Accor app, she suddenly realized that it was indeed with breakfast. As a loyal member, in my case Platinum, you are entitled to a welcome drink, I had to ask for it myself and got it but only after a serious annoyed look. For me it's not about the free drink, because in the bar you have to consider yourself lucky to be helped if you have such a ticket, it's about the principle. Then the room, what a dump, small and with a bed I do not even fit with my 1.90m. No minibar, no kettle, no products in the bathroom, actually nothing at all. Yes the mold in the bathroom was there and completely free. There was an airco but it did not work. I still have two bookings for this year but after that I'm going to think about another hotel group. One where you do feel welcome, where the customer service does respond and where they have a normal layalty program.
no stop dispenser in bathroom--gone from the wall; but the one in the shower was still there so we used it when at the mirror/sink--a little awkward, but it worked...the breakfast staff took care of my gluten intolerance and not everywhere did that happen; thank you to them
