Was very pleased with how easy it was to get to this hotel from the airport (and then back again). The room was bright and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom only had a shower but that was perfect for me. I ate in the main restaurant and the food was good. Overall I was quite happy with my stay

Nom John Stockholm Theft in our room N° 2222 on Sat 7 th Oct between 9.15 AM and 10 AM while we were having breakfast €500 in bank notes Theft in our room N° 2222 IBIS CDG Technopole on Sat 7 th Oct between 9.15 AM and 10 AM. It was while we were having breakfast, a visiting card size envelope with €500 in bank notes folded into four was stolen. It was located in the outside pocket of the case of an iPAD, which was located on the bedside table, of the double bed, on the side, next to the door of the bathroom That morning 2 times around 9 AM the maid (description: black skin) entered 2 times the room while my wife was getting dressed and I was having a shower. At 9.15 AM we went and had breakfast and came back around 9 h45. We packed our 2 cases and left the hotel IBIS around 11 AM The missing envelope containing 5 bank notes of €100 so, total €500 was discovered after boarding the plane at 2 PM for Kiev. The handbag located on the table in front of the window, nor anything else was not touched. ref Facture no H14041611586 du 07/10/2017 Séjour de Monsieur STOCKHOLM JOHN Du 06/10/2017 au 07/10/2017 Réf No.: FRVLGMQJ User Id: BSO (06/10/2017) Personne(s): 2
My wife and I came with the TGV train from the south of France to CDG and just wanted a comfortable and clean place before taking our outbound flight. We could check in a few days before and just arrived at the front desk to collect our room details and provide one signature. The room was all that we wanted, with all the convenience of wifi,, aircondition, comfortable bed, clean linen, fairly soundproof and a practical bathroom. Thank you for giving us what we wanted.
The hotel was large, room was larger than most. Room was new and modern and very clean. Several restaurants within the hotel and a hardy breakfast. Two seconds walk to the airport shuttle making it quick and convenient to get to the airport / terminals on time.
The Ibis Paris CDG Airport hotel was economical and just what we needed for a one-night stay before getting a flight out the next day. Be aware if you take the RER B , you want to get off at Terminal 3, not the last stop, which is Terminal 2. Accor has any number of hotels at the airport. From our window we saw an Ibis Styles and a Novotel, so if you need assistance, make sure you're got the name right. I'd stay here again.
The Ibis hotel at CDG airport keeps getting better and better. Its location at Terminal 3 is still super convenient and its staff are always helpful, but now the rooms are upgraded with wood floors, excellent bedding and larger bathrooms. Also, the new pizza and pasta restaurant was very good for food and service.
The location is perfect for catching flights at very early hours. The problem was that the air-conditioning was turned off for the season, and it was hot in the room, so we had to open the window, which made us listen to planes taking off during the night. Not good. And the hotel was a bit run down compared to the last time we stayed there.
It is practical when you travel to CDG, simple, super clean and comfy. I find the staff attentive and pleasant to deal with. The pizza restaurant a bit noisy at 11 pm, however the burger was delicious and the service rapid and friendly. We also enjoyed the "bar" at 11 am to have breakfast, the person (a small woman with long black hair) was super nice to us, a real smiley face to start off the day.
I was flying through paris and ibis was the place i found that represented the best in location and value. The stay exceeded my expectations. There was a high volume of people staying at the hotel and so the dining staff were stretched; service was delayed and not orderly. When we had our meal it was very good, the market breakfast was excellent in terms of value and quality. This trip through France was the first time we used ibis and we are very pleased with ibis quality and value.
It is very easy to get to the hotel from the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. The room is a good size with a confortable bed. The only thing is from Terminal 2 we have to search for it no indication.
Excellent location very close to the CDG Airport shuttle. The room was comfortable although the bathroom is quite small and would be problematic for larger persons. Check-in is efficient and both onsite restaurants are good and the service was excellent.
Tiny, bare bones room was perfect for sleeping during layover. Registration person was rude when asked for help with directions. However, location was everything. Bus to the city centre is right outside the hotel for those able to take a trip into the city.
Didn't even need a shuttle bus from the terminal 3 station, just a minute walk away. The luggage locker was a little hustle to use. Had to use credit card (8euro for a medium sized locker). The room was very nice. A problem with the TV, but quickly fixed. Overall a very good hotel.
Perfect for an overnight stay before a flight. Best of all was the easy proximity to Charles de Gaulle airport. The room worked for us 3 adults, although it was good that one of us was only 5'5 because the desk-bed is short. Bedding was clean and new, beds comfortable. The bathroom showerhead was oddly placed though, pointing straight at the door so water went through the door holes onto the floor. And horribly expensive, in my view, but less so than most other airport hotels.
Hotel was okay, food was not great compared to what I had all over the rest of France. This is when I compare both breakfast and dinner. There were not enough people helping out. TIP: Do a better job of tell how to get to the hotel. There are some many IBIS version in the area, it is not obvious to me and others, which is the proper IBIS hotel on the reservation. Directions on the reservations do not describe which IBIS you are really staying. Should say something like right near Terminal 3 station. or this one is in the town of XXXXXX. When you take the train you are not following street signs.
The bed was extremely comfortable! This hotel is one of several located within the CDG property. It is easily accessible via a train shuttle that runs every few minutes between terminals, parking, and the hotels. A great option if you have an early departure. (Note: if directions are needed, ask for the train to parking and hotels. If you ask for the hotel shuttle, you will be directed to buses for off-site hotels). The hotel itself is typical of busy airport hotels. It is well managed. Hotel staff was very responsive and helpful. Dinner in the main dining room was unremarkable, although the server was friendly and efficient. (Note: try the market breakfast. It is reasonably priced, opens at 4:00, offers a nice selection of fruits, yogurts, meats, cheese, juices, coffees. Buffet style, it is well-staffed and located in a large, pleasantly designed, and comfortable dining room). I would be happy to stay at this hotel on my next visit.
Convenient location for plane and train travellers. Rooms were clean, tidy and the beds good for sleeping. No external noise. Had a good nights sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. Room small but I was only there to sleep. One downside was the Italian Restaurant - not sure if it is part of the hotel or a separate business. Staff seemed to be too busy to offer real service and my meal was only just passable. Otherwise will stay at the hotel again when I pass through CDG.
It could be better. The breakfast is not worth the price and the restaurant is not worth the 45 mins wait in a que for the dinner. Too busy hotel and very less staff to manage it. 8 counters and 1 staff on the reception does not make sense. I understand it is a very busy hotel, but then they need to adequate manpower to take care of the guests.
My husband and I arrived by SNCF train and stayed at Ibis Hotel in order to catch an early flight the next day. The price was reasonable and online booking was simple. The best thing was that you could just take a free train two stops from CDG airport. The hotel was right outside the train station. Since we were members we didn't have to wait in line - the clerk had our room and key waiting for us - in ten minutes we were in our room. It was spotless, the pillows were fresh, and the bed comfortable. I appreciate cleanliness and the bathroom was pristine. I highly recommend Ibis Hotel.
The furniture was strangely laid out, and there wasn't much room to move around the room. Just behind the head of our bed was the lift shaft, and the lifts made a terrible grating noise. Our daughter's bed was a convertible couch, the mattress was thin and uncomfortable
