Service and kindness of employee behind the reception was below all standards. She wasn't even trying to communicate in English and was actually ignoring me. Even a " Goodmorning / Goodday" was too much
A short walk from Line 12 Metro with easy access to the centre of Paris this is a simple hotel with modern bathrooms and great beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no tea/coffee tray but the buffet breakfast is good.
It was the worst experience ever. I've woke up and found out little bugs in my bed. It was just like a nightmare. Once I have shown the pictures of that insects to the reception asking for a refund they proposed a 50% discount!! I advise against going to stay in that hotel.
The hotel is super average very basic it was no way to make a coffee in the room. That is ridiculous. The room have no air condition. The coffee in the breakfast area was horrible. No service at all !! Not room service.
Very high ambient temperature in the room due to summer weather. No air conditioning. Unbearable, impossible to sleep at night !!! Breakfast room is out of the hotel (next door). Nice bedding and bathroom. Low prices at this time.
An excellent value hotel in a good clean location with easy acces to the metro. The room was large and clean and the hotel is just a few hundred meters from the metro offering easy transport to the sights of Paris.
We had to be moved from the first room we were given as the shower was broken and the room was so small only one person could get in and out of the bed at a time. The bed was pushed up against the wall and window. Second room was a bit better and we could walk around the bed. The constant drilling noise every day in the hotel as they were doing some refurbishments. On the good side the staff were all helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and near the Metro. Local shops and market are great too.
i had a terrible experience in that hotel. very bad! the recepcionist speaks like an animal to us, btw animals must be more polited. I asked for larm clock and he said if i want to to wall mart and he laughed at me and didn´t answer anything mor,. was horrible experience.
Hotel located in a quite street and close to the Metro Station. Many nearby facilities. Attentive and ready staff. The room was a bit small for 2 people with little space for suitcases. Cafeteria very small with few options.
My hotel room was clean, quiet and was perfect for my stay in Paris. It's close to the metro terminus line 12 and a very short distance to the center of Paris. I have no complaints and would stay there again.
We spend our anniversary in Paris with our children. The location of the hotel is just outside the center of Paris and on the end of metro line 12 . The area is very quit and almost no night traffic or loud noises. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast OK and all for a reasonable price. Metro entrance about 100 meter from the hotel. also very good restaurants within 100 meters.
The area couldn't be better, 2 min walking to the 12 metro line, which takes you pretty much everywhere with little transfers. Street markets, amazing pâtisserie, cafés, mall just right down hill! Love it
The hotel is not well organized. The hotel seems to encounter entrepreneurial problems. Also needs renovation. Very near to metro station but you have to walk a slope The worst Ibis brand hotel ı've seen.
A great spot for easy access to the Metro system into Paris in a lovely suburb of Paris. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. Only down side was the parking garage for the hotel was a very tight fir for the larger car.
This hotel was ideally located, close to a metro station. I found the hotel to be clean and in a quiet, safe location. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Good value for money as expected from the Ibis chain. I usually stay in different places each time I visit Paris, but I may well stay in this hotel again.
Worst Ibis hotel experience I ever had in Europe and Asia. Night shift receptionist (a black guy) is very impolite, seems I owe him a big buck while I request a card key exchange as the card is out of function, not even give me a glance while I said thank you to him. Perhaps I spoke English to him? Wont recommend this hotel
My two-night-stay in the Ibis hotel Paris Porte de Versailles Mairie d'Issy, was excellent. My room was totally OK, very quite, no traffic or other noises. The staff is very friendly. Whenever I will have to stay again in that corner of Paris, for sure I will return to this hotel.
I stay at the Ibis hotel as it is close to my office. While it is in Paris, Issy is nice and quiet, and the staff here are helpful and approachable. the rates are usually very reasonable, and it is one block from the Metro and 5 blocks from the street car. There are an abundance of cafes and boulangeris close by as well as a Monoprix and a Carrefour City. all staff are welcoming and helpful. I would recommend the hotel and ask for a higher floor room with a view - They have great big windows and a nice street on which to look out upon.
Really is it worth each penny,i really enjoyed lot.I will prefer to stay again in same hotel during my all business trips, well connected to metro.Area is quite clean and silent. But do not order food as it is costly ,get something from around
