The check-in staff has been very friendly and competent indeed. The room is IBIS standard, so as a gold card holder don't expect sth special - it's just a room to stay overnight. So, it's IBIS WORDLWIDE standard except the check-in prerson who has been above standar and this many times .... Thank you
Standard Ibis fare, but starting to look tired. The restaurant next door (though not associated) has closed. Breakfast was inferior compared to other Ibis' in France used in the last week. Opening of the Ibis Budget and Ibis Styles next to the station will either kill or cure the Ibis "Mulhouse Ville Gare Centrale", which ought to change it's name too!
good location, friendly staff. Air con system was a bit noisy but not a big problem .Good size car park considering location. Just a 10 min walk into the centre with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from
we only stopped in Mulhouse because of its proximity to the airport but realy glad we did. it is a charming place. the hotel was idealy placed from the train station. there were several places to eat and enough variety to cater for all tastes
Late booking as driving from Dunkirk to Bari and needed a place for the night. Secure parking a godsend with having 2 cars full of cases and stuff. Rooms a small but clean and tidy, bar stock a wee bit low but it is winter and the hotel was quiet. Reception staff very able and willing to attend to all needs and was much appreciated.
Basic but comfortable rooms (although the air con didn't work in ours). Beds perfectly comfortable. The breakfast (additional costs) was very good and worth every penny. The hotel was conveniently located for the cenbte of Mulhouse.
having stayed at many accor hotels I have to say this is probably the worst. The hotel is OK but only One person working on a sunday so the bar was barely open. The other IBIS in Mulhouse looked much better
I stayed for two nights and found the hotel to be great value for money. It's a three-star property so you should not expect the ultimate luxury. But considering its central location, overall comfort and super friendly staff, I thought the 65 EUR per night was money well spent. Do not hesitate paying an extra 9.50EUR for what I thought was a high-quality breakfast buffet!
A nice quiet hotel in a very secluded street well away from any busy roads, about ten minutes walk from the station in this nice town. Very friendly and sociable staff to really make you feel at home.
This hotel was just what I expected from Ibis....clean and simple, friendly staff, good breakfast, ideal location and excellent value value for a short stay. Only drawback was a bit of street noise at night on the Friday, but that can happen with any city hotel.
One of Ibis' older hotels. Organised, efficient, but slightly showing it's age in the bedrooms. Good city centre location - served our purposes well. We just wanted an overnight stop in Mulhouse and this hotel met those needs more than adequately.
10 minutes walk from the station or town centre. Friendly helpful staff. Secure car park at the rear (fee payable). Useful location for the train museum in Mulhouse or for a day trip to Basel. Will use again.
The hotel is right on the edge of the nice part of town but bordering on the less nice part of town. It has all the usual Ibis features, it's clean and breakfast is the same in all the other Ibis hotels, but very good value for money. Check in and out is speedy by friendly staff who speak English well enough - certainly better than my French. We were travelling by motorcycles and were only charged for 1 space in the car park between us. The car park is very secure and access is either by a coded door from the hotel or via a coded electric gate from a side street. My best tip for Mulhouse is to turn right out of the hotel and never left, otherwise you end up in what appears to be a French ghetto, probably safe enough but I don't think I'd like to be there of an evening on my own. The town is lovely with things happening on summer evenings. Not my favourite town in France but the hotel is fine with nothing to worry about for an overnight stay en-route to somewhere else.
I arrived at the hotel about 4pm, at the desk i asked the young lady if i could book an extra room because we had been traveling 300 miles and were both very tired and would like to have a good night sleep as we have a similer distance to drive the following day. the lady said she would put us in adjacent non smoking rooms, which was ok. However when we entered the rooms they were cleary not non smoking rooms, the smell of tobacco was strong, however we were very tired and did not complain.Unfortuntly this was the start of our problems. We had a meal in the restarant and had an early night at about 10pm. then the noise from french speaking people started at about 1am with no concern that gests may be asleep and carried on to around 2/30 am in a loud manner, as i was awake i watched the TV untill around 3 am when i went to sleep. Then i was awakned at around 7-8 am when there was a repeat of the night calling each other in a loud manner with no consern to other gests. We complained to the reception in the morning but they were not conserned on what happened. We therefore had breakfast and left.We will not stay in this hotel again.
The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the main railway station and offers great value. The rooms are small as is typical with many Ibis hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub joining the hotel serves very good food, but does not open until 19:00.
