We were happy to get a room - Colmar was sold out. The hotel was really a good choice, we liked it. To visit Colmar is a pleasure - at any time. We would go again in the Ibis Hotel, it's near the fantastic center.

Just at the entrance of the old town, with parking, delicious breakfast , what else can one want more. Both the ladies at the reception were very competent and friendly. Hope to see them again next year 2018 during Christmas market period

an ideal hotel on the road to the south the architects made all you need on a minimum space and although comfortable. for a longer stay I should chose a higher standard the place is ideal to visit the town, the private parking is also a plus

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this hotel. Parking available either in a few spaces in a lot next to hotel or secure underground parking across the street. Hotel was convenient to quickly walking to historic center. It was clean, modern interior and a friendly helpful staff. Small self service laundry mat about 7 minute walk away.

The rooms are a little cramped to say the least, and yes I know they are fairly tight, stopped in plenty of ibis hotels before, the car park is a pay and display, and a little man WILL try to extort money from you

It is a very budget place, however clean and well located. The stuff doesn't speak a word in English, and that was not expected to meet in a hotel of a chain like Ibis. We got a room on a ground floor with windows facing a street. Was quite unpleasant unsafe feeling to sleep.

We arrived relatively late at night and the staff was very helpful with questions and requests we had. They even washed our dogs blanket on which they had vomited during the drive there. The room was nice enough but it was a little too bright when the sun came up and too hot for our comfort.

Good location, near to Colmar old town and attractions, check-in and check-out are fast, room is nice and clean, get free breakfast when booked with Accor promo. Breakfast is valued with its original price tag 10euro.

This Ibis is just a few steps from the main tourist centre, very convenient for walking around all attractions. However if coming by car be aware that Colmar is currently FULL of road works, diversion and routes barred ! Took me 1 hour to find this hotel due to road diversions and one way streets. Having said that the hotel is excellent, breakfast really good, excellent value, better than the more expensive Mercure just a short distance away.

The usual Ibis standard , one word of advice though , unload luggage before going to their underground car park as it is a bit of a hike if you are loaded. But ideally located for the centre of this lovely town. Our twin room was very small ,not the space we are used to , as we always use Ibis on the continent we have stayed in quite a few of their hotels.

I am very pleased with the support provided by the front desk staff. When I could not get an English TV channel, the front desk got the issue resolved. The front desk also helped me with parking at this location. Ibis should include 2 English TV channels at all locations.

We had a great stay at the Ibis Colmar Centre. The hotel is very well located for exploring the town. The rooms are small but very well laid out to make the most of the space, and are very clean. The staff is very accommodating and customer service oriented, which made the stay even better. One example - we asked where we could find a laundry service and the front desk offered to do it for us in the hotel and have it ready within a few hours. They didn't even charge us for the laundry - what a nice surprise! We were fortunate to be able to park directly in front of the hotel. Be sure to reserve in advance as they have very few spots, only 5 in front of the hotel, and a few additional in a garage a block away. We would stay here again!

The hotel was ideally sited to explore the historic centre of Colmar whilst en route to Italy. The only drawback was that our room was on the small side, although comfortable & clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

It was pretty much like all normal ibis (not style) you'd stayed. Very economical. Only problem was the internet. Not only slow but they blocked any kind of credit card use via the internet. We were on our road trip to Rome and couldn't book hotels for the following days.

It is a good hotel for a short stay. Close to the city center and with a quite good service although the breakfast was a little expensive. The rooms are small but they have everything you may need during your stay.

Travelling with a friend on business I booked a 3 bed room to ensure our room was bigger. However we were given a tiny room and when I complained I was told that the manager had downgraded us to a 2 bed room. The room was tiny and completely innapproriate, but we had no choice as the receptionist told us the towns hotels were all very busy. No explanation was given to us, and I have to say that we are absolutely furious. Very poor service indeed,

We needed an overnight stop in this area and chose the Ibis. The hotel is close enough but not too close to the motorway and having parking available was important. We ate in the town centre (made a poor choice) and had to leave early so missed breakfast.

Good location for Centre & Restaurants. Excellent friendly service from staff. Good breakfast. New Reception Area but rooms whilst clean and well maintained-now a bit dated. No clean sheets in 9 days!!

The Ibis centre hotel is well placed to explore this pretty and unusual old town. The variety of architecture together with attractive canals and squares makes a visit a must with a camera. Around every corner is another unusual building or pretty view.
