Comfortable room, not so far from aiport but the service not reliable (wake-up service do not work, invoices not according to clear request,...). I will certainly not choose this hotel for a future stay.

Room was small and unpleasant smell, air condition doesn't work. when I asked for the Iron board they asked me to stand in the corridor and when I did try to find it but to my surprise the Iron doesn't work. :( Spoke to the receptionist and they said its too late to call the technician and just ignored any other conversation. Even i asked for a spare one which they said they don't do that.....

If the reservation provider is Accor or the hotel is an Accor property, run, do not walk away from the property. Rip off! They do not give refunds on ANY cancellations or changes in reservations. The Ibis Brussels Airport property is not worth the money you pay. Bare bones. The beds look like camp cots! I chose this property only because they offer early shuttle service, starting at 4:00 a.m.

We booked the PARK & Fly Arrangement - smooth connection! (early flight 6am) BUT - we recommended everybody to check their return flight/ hours - shuttle bus first departure from the airport is from 6 pm... so we had to take an taxi (fee +/- 20 euro)

Everything was really perfect. I mean for the price. Just one note : the shuttle from the airport stopt at 9.30am. I landed at 9.10am and could yet take it to return to the hôtel were was my car, but for the others who land later , they have to pay a taxi. You don't mention that in your advertising.

Please see rating below. An airport hotel should be easy to come to. IBIS bus takes you in a proper way to and from the hotel. The room has a good bed, which gives you a good quality of sleep. S bar for an evening beer. Computer plus printer.//kp

Whenever I am in Brussels, I always use the IBIS in Diegem for my overnight accommodation. The room is nice, clean. The service personnel is friendly and they have a good menu in their restaurant. The waiters in the restaurant are professionnel, friendly and so do the chefs.

Close to airport and reasonable price Previous stays both here and at other locations had been flawless BUT this time the shuttle from the airport failed to show up at posted time and we stood around for about 45 minutes . Pickup location is poorly marked Wake up call was 15 minutes late for both rooms in our group. Morning shuttle was right on time. Food is not cheap but good. Still, will use them again because of price and convenience.

When I arrived i have the Ibis Business card and I suppose to get 10% discount with Ibis Business card, the hotel only give me less than 5%. This is not the agreement on the Ibis Business card supposed to be. If they are not going to honor the card they should not sell the program to the customer.

Very cold room, didn't make you feel confortable at any time, definetly not for that price. Quite overpriced. Overprice bar and restaurant specially, and very bad quality breakfast. Everything was precooked

The location of the Hotel is very close to airport and the hotel provides pick up and drop service every half an hour. All staff members were very helpful and courteous. Special mention of Ms Susanne who is always customer friendly with broad smile on face. There was no scope of complaint in any manner whatsoever. Great stay.

The place is totally comfortable. Just that me and my friend were taking eurostar which take off at Brussels-Midi station, there was no clear instruction of how to get there from Midi. Others are perfectly fine, the shuttle services can be more frequent

I stayed in this hotel the night before my flight. Everything was OK. Friendly reception staff. My room was clean. The bathroom was clean too. And no need to arrange for a taxi to go to or to come from the airport: there is a hotel shuttle and this shuttle is free of charge.

I was very pleased to reserve room thanks aAccor Hotel Card. Check in online didn´t work as I expected because I spent time at the desk anyhow. Beside that I have not complains and I was satisfied with the servise provided to me.

Hotel itself fine. Reception staff excellent. Restaurant - Oh dear. Staff inattentive and not knowledgeable about the menu - I stood waiting to be seated for 5 minutes in a less than half full restaurant. Then waited 15 minutes before having to ask for a menu. Another 15 minutes before my order was taken. Meanwhile the waitress was back and forth to the table beside me to try to find out what size bottles of beer they had for the guys at that table. Very little choice on the menu. Went for the house cheese burger at €19.50. Honestly I have had better in McDonalds. Burger was lacking in flavour, was fatty and the raw onions on top were just awful. The chips were swimming in grease also. The best bit - the Leffe beer.

The hotel was really comfortable and the staff were friendly! The only challenge was the location as I almost missed the last shuttle to arrive at the airport the night before. The service in the morning worked perfectly though and it only took 10 minutes to get there!

Arriving at the hotel, I must pay my room immediately. Bill next morning included € 9 for parking, not mentioned before. Room for one night OK. Personnel friendly but overworked. Staff was not aware that copy of passport is not allowed unless the owner certifies in writing his permission. I was told the Belgium police requests such a copy.

Hotel was nice. Location is only good if you are working nearby or have a car. No place to eat (except the hotel) within walking distance. Tram is close by, 5 minute walk, Diegem train station is 15 Minute walk.

The hotel was fine. The desk clark, Mohammed, was friendly and spoke Dutch too. Room was a bit small, but it was only for one night, so who cares. Very good bed !! The shuttle service was a disappointment: between 10:00 and 16:00 no shuttle at all. Might be a reason to stay in another hotel next time at Zaventem.

will definitely stay again.all staff were very professional and polite,as knowledgeable of whaterver were our needs and or questions that we had , even on an historical inquiry that was asked... so you have my tip of the hat. Thank you!
