excellent value for money. service very good, location top , rooms small but comfortable. so very good value for money. next time we are in brugge will definitely stay at this hotel and will recommend it to all my friends.

We took a new years eve break in Brugge, the hotel is right above a reasonably priced car park, it is well maitained, although our room was a little noisy with a vent in the window letting the outside noise in. The breakfast was very good, and the staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The bar prices are reasonable, €4.50 for a beer or wine. It is well located and a short walk into the main squares, museums etc. I did feel it was a bit over priced but it was the new year weekend, the general rate is much better, still felt it was worth the money.

Excellent location for all things touristy. Friendly helpful staff very nice breakfast. The hotel itself is showing its age and is tired in places. A lick of paint here and there with a hoover in places the cleaning staff appear not to look would help. Overall a good stay but could have been much better

Don't be fooled by the star rating for this Ibis - it is worth every penny (or cent)! The staff are exceptional and the bar/restaurant is fabulous. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we'd booked for longer. Cutting a long story short - great value for money - and well located to get into the centre of Bruges or the train station for travelling wider afield. We will be back!

For an hotel bar this has a great selection of Belgian beer at reasonable prizes. The hotel is also a great location to hit many of the other bars close by. For those that like shopping, it is also a good location.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to visit all Brugge has to offer and there is a pay (very reasonable) car park next door. Disappointed with room, very dated with virtually no hanging space. We were asked at check if we wanted breakfast and we declined. When we got our check out bill, breakfasts were included! When I queried this at reception they said it was POLICY to include breakfast and it was for the client to advise if they had it or not! I am not sure if this is legal but definitely is 'sharp practice' and would make me not want to deal with them again.

We went for a long weekend in Brugge including a day long tour of WW1 sites. Our requirement was a centrally located hotel with somewhere to park the car while we were there. We were not looking for luxury as we intended to spend our time on our pre-booked tour and exploring Brugge by day and by night. The Hotel is in the "old" city and a short walk to restaurants and bars and to points of interest and the underground carpark beneath it, while not cheap was a reasonable price compared to many UK cities for parking by the day. The staff were friendly and helpful and the on-line check-in system worked well for us. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was quite small but we weren’t in it much and it had everything we needed for a short stay. All in all a very enjoyable weekend helped to a great extent by the convenience of this hotel.

The room was OK and the location great. BIG problem too noisy - lots of traffic on the nearby street and even worse a delivery lorry arrived at 5.00 am and left at 8.00 am - impossible to sleep through the racket (without a good pair of ear plugs)

Excellent position with cost effective parking. Hotel friendly with good range of service e.g. bar , restaurant etc .As an Accor Club member you get bombarded with special offers but when it comes to actually booking they don't seem to be available. Weekend rates still well above promo rate and 20 breakfast discount amounts to €1 on a meal advertised for €15 - You do the maths!

I have stayed here several times and it is very good. The staff remember that I have been before. The hotel is in an excellent location and only about 10 minutes walk from the centre square. The breakfast is excellent with a very good choice of hot and cold. The prices are very good compared to other hotels in the area.

Centrally located and parking is next to hotel. Rooms are ok, nothing thrilling but just what you expect when staying at Ibis due to the concepting. OK breakfast. Hotels are pretty pricey in town with many visitors.

The location of the hotel is very nice, close to all historical points. At first sight, it makes a nice impression. The foyer is relatively spacious, has sofas and then turns into the bar which is followed by the restaurant. All stuff is welcome, but without attention. The room is ok, but needs a refreshment as well as the bathroom. Travelers should take into account that there is a lack of power sockets. If you have tablet, laptop and smartphone, TV has to be switched off... The airco was out of order and "whistling" when on. Stuff said that there is no chance to repair it during my stay and no chance to move to another room cause the hotel is "fully booked". So I was offered to open the window. It helped, but all mosquitos of old city invaded into my room. So finally I couldn't sleep...

Stayed 4 nights to travel to Ypres.Good central locatio near entrance to canal trips. Car park under hotel also serves Novatel and public . Day rate to park 9 euro. Breakfast expensive €15 unless you are hungry. No fridge of kettle in room

I love the breakfast, enjoy boiling my own eggs and making waffles. Good tea selections and lots of fresh fruits, pastry, cereal to choose from. It is a lot of fun to squeeze one's own orange juice. I am glad we had our breakfast at the hotel.

In between train station and historic centre. Easy walk to centre but a taxi from the train station as it's a little far with luggaged but easy without. Staff friendly and out going and helpful. Usual good value that you expect from Ibis. Breakfast ok not 5 star but you don't pay a five star price.

You don't come to Bruges to stay in your hotel room.So although the rooms are slightly smaller than some other Ibis hotels they are more than adequate for a short city break.Air conditioning, very comfortable beds ,a quiet nights sleep and easy walking distance of the old historical centre make this an idea place to stay if you are looking for a break that provides excellent value for money. As with most other Ibis hotels I have stayed in staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help.Hotel has a nice bar for an evening drink or 2.

Excellent location within walking distance of many tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. Shame the room was not as clean as we would expect (dust under and behind beds). This was our third time at this hotel and we recommend it for location and value for money.

One of the best Ibis hotels I have stayed in and that is a lot. Rooms not big but location, staff and restaurant at night well worth it. Proci g always good and cheap car parking very close. Recommended.

This is an adequate hotel for couples wanting a reasonable affordable night's accommodation. The rooms are not particularly large but the beds are comfortable. Reception is very good and the buffet breakfast is also very good.

Stayed for 5 nights, very friendly staff. The location was perfect for exploring Brugge.the breakfast area was a bit hectic & the food wasn't brilliant although there was plenty of it, you just had to time your run prior to any large groups. Would easily stay again.
