Brilliant location.... Very friendly staff. Comfortable room... Everything was good about the hotel. Very close to all places of interest. Walkable from Central Station. Hotels, eateries, main street etc are all close by

We have a nice stay in this hotel. It's close to the train station & all the places to see. You can come back anytime from sight seeing to rest & then continue on. Our room was spacious & fit 3 adults comfortably. It also has a nice view of the plaza & surrounding buildings. Love it.

This hotel was great choice for our quick visit to Brussels. We had 2 rooms side by side for our family of four. The rooms were small, but clean and functional. The location could not be better, as it was close to the main square, dining and transportation. The staff was very friendly, and we would recommend this hotel.

Great location in city centre. Next to Central station and to main touristic attractions. Bar service and breakfast are too expensive. The problem: only one towel per person, but not a smaller one for the sink.

Great location for train station & town centre Staff are lovely Rooms are adequate for what u need Didn't try their food but looked like their was a great variety to suit all 3 rd year staying here as it met all our needs

I was visiting Brussels for a weekend alone and looked for a well priced hotel. Wasn't planning on spending much time in the room so was looking for a well located, safe, clean hotel & I got exactly what I was looking for!!! The room was small but clean! The bathroom was newly renovated & beautiful! The service at the front desk was excellent & very helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely location, steps from the Central station, with loads of restaurants and Brussels main square nearby. The hotel gives Ibis' usual good standard of cleanliness and comfort. Lovely beds, quiet room, great breakfast

Our room was spacious and quiet with the cleaver idea of a games theme (chees set, cards, dice and a special table to play on). The reception were friendly and efficient. The location was great (very close to shopping arcade and the Grande Place). Everything was clean and looked new.

Awesome, I have had a very good time in Brussels and the very main reason is the IBIS Accomodation at the very right place. the Room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great.

We use Ibis regularly and tis hotel is one of their best locations, close to most of historic Brussels, very close to Central Station (for the Metro e.g. for Atomium at Hazel) or to get to Midi Station. Room and bedding to usual high standard, but beware if, like me, you are partially sighted beware upper rooms with dorma windows as ceiling is low near Windows. Beware 9am breakfast, absolutely chaotic, go early or look outside, plenty of other venues close by.

Local is everything when traveling by train. Local, local, and local is what you are looking for. a 5-6 minute walk for the Central Train Station and two minutes to the Grand Place. Wow! This is super local and the hotel has a very helpful staff. There are always good street performers in the plaza in front of the hotel. Between walking and the subway system, you can get to any location in Brussels. It is the best value for the money. This is my fifth stay at this ibis.

Lovely welcoming staff always wearing a smile. Polite and cater for any needs and go the extra mile to please clients. Very Central and walking distance to The Grand Place and train station. Highly recommended Only comment would be to maybe have a section dedicated to have alternative gluten free and soya products (ALPRO for example)as alternative to milk products and yoghurts

In the centre of Brussels. Parking right next door. Nice room, small but adequate. Nice bathroom - also smallish. Good reception and service. Very good breakfast. Make your own Belgian waffle. I recommend this hotel and will be back!

Despite paying almost €300 per night, the room was so small that you couldn't close the door between the main room and the corridor (leading to the bathroom) because the bed was in the way. Only one socket to charge phone, laptop etc. As for the breakfast - what a joke! No fresh fruit (apples, bananas etc) and no yoghurts.

the location was excellent. it was clean. the staff was nice. I recomend. turistics places were very close. If i go to Brussels in future i will stay in this hotel again. there are facilities around the hotel like farmacy, market, restaurants... I liked a lot.

Great location - two minute walk from the heart of Brussels. Only negative was that the air conditioning didn't really cool. Breakfasts were good and lots of variety. Furnishings we're nice and beds were food.

I was visiting brussels at the weekend. I booked the hotel in error for Friday instead of Saturday. When I arrived and realised my mistake I went straight to the hotel to try antd rectify it. The receptionists were polite but insisted I had to repay( albeit with a minor discount). I felt if the rooms were free then good customer service would have been I got the room for free or at cost price. I was prepared to wait until late in the day to see if rooms were still available and had not otherwise sold. I realise it was my mistake but I felt they could have been more accomodating.

First the good things: Location and good working Wifi, light at the working desk. However, I could follow the talking of my neighbours, or hear People in the floor; there is no noise protection at all. Cleaning could also be improved. There is very little space to hang up clothes (and you have to hang up your jacket at the same spot). No closing cupboard. In conclusion: I have decided to stay somewhere else next time.

This is a perfect hotel. In just a few minutes you walk to the Central station and you also only need a few minutes to get to the famous square (Grote Markt). Staff at the frontdesk and in the bar are very friendly. Beds are very good!

An ideal hotel for a short stay in the city. Only a 5 minute stroll from Brussels Centraal railway station and about the same to the Grand Place. Although the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes, the soundproofing does it's job well and rooms are very well decorated and furnished. I felt secure here as room keys are needed to operate the lift. A good bar just off the check-in desk and a restaurant with a large buffet breakfast make this a good choice.
