rooms are very small as compared to other ibis hotels l made an online check in but the receptionist insisted on making another ckeck in , thus losing time ! It is not worth the amount paid for this hotel

Brilliant 6 day stay, fantastic staff, very obliging, helpful and happy. nothing was to much trouble. Considering it's not a purpose built building it is comfortable, smashing breakfast, not overly priced, as we found out after going out for breakfast on the first morning of our stay. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel.

We had a very good stay at Ibis Tolbiac in Paris. The neighborhood is very safe and the hotel is close to the Metro and the bus station, taking bus no 47 directly to The Notre Dame. The staff is very friendly. The room was small but for a short stay it was fine, everything was very clean and the beds are comfortable. Will recommend this hotel to friends and will stay there next time in Paris.

We had an excellent stay at Ibis Paris tolbiac. The staff are very friendly and helpful. special mention to Ms. Pauline and Ms. Isabelle who made our stay comfortable. They are the gems of Ibis. Thanks Ibis.

Slightly off the beaten track but well served by public transport and taxis. Quiet and unassuming ... a reasonable alternative if first-choice Ibis-group hotels are full (Ibis Bercy Village / Gare de Lyon). Breakfast room but not much choice. Staff welcoming and efficient.

Good location - near train stations and shops. You can find lots of eatery from local food to Japanese. If you roam around the area you will come across a church. If you catch the Metro to the west, you can see the Seine River and across it the Effiel Tower! How wonderful is that!

The location is not bad in a good neighborhood. If u come from the airport. It's quite difficult. You have to change trains two times and with walk. The room rate is a bit too high with a very small room.

The location is somewhat OK just 6-8 minutes to Metro Line7 Tolbiac station. The cleanliness is good. The staff very helpful. This hotel also offered to stay for 3 person in a room. There are some free fruits; apple, banana, and kiwi, offer to you which you can take from the shelf. A paper bag is provided to you as well.

Initially I was given a room without a desk bed even though I had reserved one. Once in the room (Room 510), it was generally OK, although cramped. However, the toilet was squeezed into such a small space in the bathroom that the only way to use it was to sit on it sideways! That was unacceptable.

Location is good, although it is not close to the attractions. But it is close to the metro and in safe region. Room is clean and staff is friendly. But we sleep with 3 people, the room is too small when extra bed is put in 2-person room.

Typical Paris hotel in very centre "6thArondissement". Room like ferry cabin. No parking due to location but neabry multi storey @ €20/night. Breakfast very poor value/offer for cost. But clean bed & ensuite room. Fixed table with only just enough room for laptop. But i have stayed @ much worse in other major western cities & sometimes payed a lot more. If you must stay in CityCentre; This does the job. Other higher class hotels in area @ double costs. Also many worse but similar price.

I just stayed there for one night. Very good location: close to transportation and Chinatown. I had the room on the 8th floor which was nice and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. My gripe with the bathroom is that when you use the toilet, there's a metal bar (for a second roll of toilet paper) obstructing your leg. In the morning my neighbours made terrible noise by opening and closing their doors several times, which annoyed me a lot. Overal: great room and stay.

Good location near metro place d'italie. Safe environment when you return at night. Many restaurant asiatic and fastfood nearby. Good connection to gare montparnasse. The rooms is very small with expensive rate (like many others in Paris).

The Ibis Tolbiac location is a friendly, quiet and convenient hotel, close to the Tolbiac metro station and to Place d'Italie. I have chosen this hotel for 4 years when I am in town and will again on my next trip.

We've spent 4 days in this hotel in Paris. We choose it for 2 reasons: was quite closely located to an exhibition we were visiting and price was quite fair (related to prices in Paris) as we booked months earlier. Room was clean, bed was good, just what you expect from an Ibis. Room was a bit smaller than usual but that is normal in Paris. Location is OK in general, as it is just a few steps from a Metro station and you can get to almost everywhere within 20 minutes by Metro in Paris. We have not tried their buffet breakfast.

nice and clean, and comfortable, nothing special however.. only downside was the lack of a plug to charge up my phone (there were plugs in the reception). Wifi worked well and with decent speeds. Staff were friendly and able to speak basic english.

on arrival we were very dissappointed to find that the outside of the hotel looked nothing like that of the picture on the website advertising the hotel, on entering we noted there was a very small check-in desk and an even smaller bar , which there was only ever one person at a time manning , and they rarely had a clue what they were doing especially when it came to the bar area , we were given our keys when we checked in and basically left to it , with no explanation about where to go or times for breakfast or even if we required brealkfast !!! the lifts would only work with the key card for the room which was good in one way as we felt safe but very inpractical in another as we had to go out together or use the stairs which was in our case the 7th and 8th floors , the rooms were tiny which also didn't match the pictures on the website , in fact the double bed was against the wall and left a small gap the other side to walk down to the window and along the bottom of the bed :-( , there was so little space in fact that we couldn't even put our case on the floor or even empty it , we had to take out our clothes for the day then close the case back up and wedge it standing upright at the bottom of the bed , there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room , although it was fitted with a hairdryer in the bathroom !!!! the cleanliness was average , but to be honest there wasn't much to clean !!! , on our departure day the cleaner came around at 11-30 even though we didn't have to check out until 12 , which left me trying to pack up our belongings and dress around her !!!! there is no view from the hotel and our room was overlooked by a very tall tower block of flats . i had to pay for the hotel on line a few weeks before we went and when i paid the amount should of been £486 for 2 rooms , they however took £499 from my bank account , my bank couldn't tell me why this was as they didn't apply any charges , i emailed the hotel on several occasions , and they couldn't or wouldn't explain where the extra money had dissappeared to even though i told them i hadn't authorised them to take the extra money , i still haven't been told where this money has gone or have no sign of getting it back !!! i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone as reallistically £243 for 3 nights stay with no food is a little on the steep side , there must be far better and cheaper places to stay !!!

I had a hard time finding a hotel in Paris but this hotel was pretty good. The room is a little small but it was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great not too far from the metro, a shopping center was at 10 min by walk, and there are many restaurants around. I will definitely go back there.
