Well maintained and staffed. Had some issue with the key card bit otherwise everything was on point. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Very conveniently located by Heathrow. Overall I give it a 7/10



The hotel is one edge of Heathrow free bus zone, so convenient to access from my flight from the central bus station. The room, for the price was good, and the included breakfast was really good, including both cold and hot food with mix of English style and European. A real good set up for the day. I visited central London twice using underground (relatively low cost with Oyster card) and not too long, getting conveniently to Oxford Street and other central attractions including during evening. It was a comfortable and economic way of visiting London without the higher costs of staying in the centre.



Arrived tired only to have to argue with the manager over a pet charge which was advertised at £10/stay and he wanted to charge me £10/night. I'm a Gold member and now soon to be Platinum - I've stayed in a lot of your hotels and "know" that none of your other hotels charge £10/night. The manager over charged me. I have since lodged a complaint with Accor which had gone unanswered in a week, so I'll soon report it to the advertising standards board to get your misleading advert pulled down. I don't like wasting my time arguing with front desk when I'm tired and I will pay what was advertised on your website at booking. Misleading advertising is unacceptable and how your staff addressed the situation was unprofessional. Your restaurant staff are generally friendly, the rest of your front desk staff are lacklustre and cold and generally lack customer service skills. Your rooms are clean and tidy, which is good. Generally a decent hotel, if only you had better trained employees!

Can't say anything bad about this place, it's really nice for the price and convenient to London Heathrow Airport. I opted for the shuttle to and from the airport which was £5 and took about 30 minutes to and from the terminal. The hotel did offer a taxi to the airport for £10 and would have been 10-15 minutes. The room was small and perfect for what I needed. Clean and quiet. The restaurant downstairs was convenient and the food was great. I would stay here again.

We needed a hotel near Heathrow before our flight home and I chose this hotel based on price and vicinity to airport. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very modern, we were greeted promptly, had a great meal and the rooms were surprisingly quiet! This is a great value for a very nice hotel.



The receptionist I dealt with was friendly but after that the staff are miserable. Room 501 is tiny and the broom cupboard would probably have been bigger. I have stayed here many times in the past but this stay was the worst. There are many more hotels in the area so I will try one of those next time.

Arranged this room for my daughter, who was visiting uk for a wedding. The stay here was ideal after a busy schedule. A relaxing time and easy tranfer and connection for long flight home (Australia)..



Hotel and food were very good. New reception arrangement seems to be working well. I had a problem relating to the laundry service - The response from the duty manager and his team was outstandingly good and went well beyond expectations - Well done IBIS!



Every room in this hotel should be upgraded /refurbished . This has still not happened . As a regular guest , I find it a lottery whether I get an old room or a new refurbished one ! The carpets ,curtains and bathrooms need a complete overhaul . Come on Accor stop doing things piecemeal and get the whole hotel up to the same standard .

I had a good night's sleep here following a long haul flight from overseas. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in with lots of staff available to assist guests where necessary. Although I did not eat there, the restaurant and bar appeared well patronised. This hotel is on the Hoppa bus route and easy to access for drop off and pick up from and to the airport.



Problems on checking in for two rooms but free coffee and one night car parking was offered after issues were sorted by attentive staff. Meal issue with cold vegetables on chicken dish but again apologetic staff resolved the issue with gratis replacement meal.



Service was excellent, any questions asked to staff was quickly met with an answer. Rooms very clean and soundproof. Only let down was some restaurant staff (not all staff) seemed not too interested in serving



Unfortunately, my stay only lasted about 6 hours. My flight was late, so I didn't arrive until about midinight. Then, had to get back to the airport early, to catch my 9:15 am flight. The room was comfortable, but small - the door could not open all the way, without bumping the bed. Water was easily adjusted, and good pressure. Room was very clean.



A VERY convenient location adjacent the Heathrow Airport. Only stayed one night, but rate the site, facilities and room as excellent value for money. The food was also very good. Would stay again if the opportunity arose.



Over priced food; Small portions; Staff unable to properly manage a bar, letting people like myself standing there for ages whilst serving new people just arriving to the bar; Rooms are aged; Poor customer service; Nobody asked how the stay was when leaving; Over priced parking. Wouldn’t pick this hotel again.



The worst ever in my entire life! I stayed in room 470 on Sep 12 at the Heathrow location. 1) Why on earth locate the toilet so close to the the wall and on top of it position the toilet paper and the toilet paper spare right there on the tight wall. I bet it cannot be worse regardless who tried! Shower head was leaking. No conditioner. 2) The shower curtain was dirty and so is the carpet in the room. 3) There was a kittle in the room but not a single bottle of water to make coffee/tea with. When I asked they said use tap water. To a visitor how do I know tap water is safe. If so, put a sign saying so. 4) There is no fridge in the room to 5) The closet lighting is absolutely terrible 6) No clothes drawers 7) Breakfast quality is lousy and the place is too crowded. When I asked for a bottle of water she wanted to charge money for it on top of the breakfast 8) Tissues box (e.g. Kleenex) not provided 9) last but certainly not least, WiFi was absolutely terrible; could barely load gmail. NEVER EVER WILL I STAY IN ANY OF YOUR HOTELS.

I very much enjoyed the original deco in the lobby. Congrats! The room is beautiful and practical, and has a super comfy bed. Happy start of the day ensured with a delicious breakfast. The Staff is friendly and attentive. Great location if you want near Heathrow Airport. Value-Price is good! MERCI.



Our Hotel Hoppa didn't arrive for an hour and a half. After 12 hours travelling we were exhausted. At midnight the bar was still open, so we were able to relax for an hour with a couple of drinks before bed.

Paid for night and late check out. Confirmed at check in. Phoned at 1300. Woken as no record of late checkout. Cleaner walked in 1500 despite no disturb sign. Woken again so no benefit of dayroom. Reception confirmed that day room was always in system.



The hotel is convenient, clean and reasonable with good facilities and located within easy reach on local free buses to the airport. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I liked the easy helpful checkin facility and restaurant/bar facility.
