Room good size as well as bathroom. Dinner excellant as was breakfast. Only problem was that it was exceptionally hot and no aircon, been told few hotels in northern france have aircon....would definitely stay there again when getting ferry back ti uk

It was my fourth booking at this hotel. I each time enjoyed the very same overall very good accommodation conditions, nice peoples and good service. A very good place to stay at, prior to, or after crossing the Channel. The hotel accepts pets, which makes it a very good place for trips on vacation as well.

Good location for ferry terminal with plenty of car parking (easy to find the hotel). Rooms small and basic but clean. Staff helpful and pleasant. Restaurant and bar with selection of food and drinks to suit most people. Will stay again.

Not the best Ibis hotel we have stayed in. Internet very poor and had to be reset several times. Had an evening meal which was also disapointing. My meal was burnt and part inedible, we mentioned this to the waitress who apologised but no offer of a discount on the bill or free drink or sweet. We have stayed six times at Ibis hotels and this was the worst.

We had stayed several times at this hotel over the past 10 years however we had not been here for about 2 years. The hotel seemed to have declined. The menu was less extensive and the food quality poor. There was sense that security might be compromised as there were some rowdy interactions going on for a while in the evening, few residents in the restaurant and just tow ladies [who were most attentive] on duty. While the staff were doing their best I got a sense that the hotel has seen better days. I am not sure why, it is near the ferry and tunnel approaches, it is nicely decorated but something seems to have gone.

A problem on the pricing, even though I had Accor discount cards they were not happy to give me discount, at first they allowed me only 5 % after I pointed out my discount card allowance they gave me 10%. I booked and paid for three rooms, no discount on the other two rooms. What are accor up to

Very convenient for the ferry to Dover, although some distance from Calais centre. The staff were cheerful and welcoming. My room was quiet, clean and warm with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The restaurant serves an adequate dinner and the choices at breakfast are excellent. I would have valued tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

We stay here at least 4 times a year and have done for at least 20 years. The rooms are small and basic but comfortable, always clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel for a stay on the way to or from the channel crossing.

We have stayed here many times and always receive great service from the staff, the rooms are good and great food. It is a great base for visiting Northern France & Belgium, with great towns & villages, attraction and shopping.

Hottest room I've ever stayed in... Makes a sauna feel like a freezer. It must have been 10C hotter in the room than outside. Windows only cracked open due to them being chained together to keep the unwanted out... No AirCon, No Fans, and No Air. How much it cost to put a fan in the room or install ceiling fans... Might be okay in the cooler months. Room was clean and simple as expected.

Weekend away to shop for wine and some sightseeing. Picked hotel for price, car park and convenience. Hotel was a typical Ibis. "Flat Pack" we were unable to use electric sockets as for some reason our adaptors wouldn't fit even though they were the correct ones. The receptionist was very helpful with offering us a phone charger but it's didn't work either. Could have done with a kettle. Was further away from the centre of Calais than we thought but taxi fare was reasonable

The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in and -out is efficient. The food is excellent, with a very good breakfast selection. Only downside is no tea and coffee in the rooms. Handy for the channel crossing, but in a quiet part of town. Very dog-friendly (£5 surcharge, don't need to book in advance) with a nice park nearby.

The hotel is very close to the ferry terminals and cars can be parked behind a fence (though no gate is present). The rooms are simple, but clean. Beds are fine for a one-night stay and bathrooms are clean and orderly. Typical Ibis breakfast is available and if you happen to eat dinner there, I recommend th house salad.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, clean and near the ferry. It is perfect for an overnight stay when one has to take the ferry early the next day. It is easy to find and parking is free. There is also a restaurant below so finding a warm meal is not a problem. One can also walk to the city center.

Calais Ibis is a small, friendly hotel. The staff are charming and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed there on numerous occasions in the past and always found a welcome. We will definitely stay again

Been staying here for many years, very happy with everything, staff always helpful and friendly with a welcome for pets and a secure car park. Close to facilities and good location to the tunnel and ferries.

This hotel is well located for both Eurotunnel and the Port. Staff are friendly and helpful as always. Though the rooms are small the bed is excellent for a good night's sleep. Food in restaurant is good in the evening and breakfast buffet has a good choice. All in all great value!!

Once again we stayed here for the night before the ferry home to Great Britain. The Hotel is fine, easy check in and check out. The rooms are clean, the parking safe and staff is marvellous. The hotels restaurant has good meals to offer, and the city center is in easy reach for wider choice of Restaurants and bars. It is certainly not the last time we stayed here for a relaxed evening.

We stayed here for one night on our return trip from the south of Spain. We have stayed here on a number of occasions and find this hotel to be very quiet and relaxing so it was good to return again! The young guy on reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English, in fact I think he may have been English or may have spent some time living in England! Although the rooms are quite small they are very clean and the bathroom is a decent size with a very nice shower! We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good value and the menu choice was varied. One word of warning for those with small appetites - the portions are huge! Breakfast was excellent and very well presented!! The breakfast staff even get your coffee for you and deliver it to your table!! Good value hotel and highly recommended.

We always stay at this hotel on the way to the channel. It provides a comfortable stop, it doesn't matter what time you arrive and then you are well rested for an early start. As an IBIS, it ticks all the boxes. It doesn't provide the level of comfort of a boutique hotel, nor a high level of gastronomy. What it does provide is a clean, comfortable (beds extremely comfortable) hotel with friendly service and value for money.
