Hotel location is great, closeby to underground, lots of restaurants closeby and a small grocery store across the street. Rooms are clean, tidy, and beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is also very clean, and sufficient. Breakfast was the best! Good quality breads, meats, cheeses, juices and a fabulous coffee / hot chocolate machine which you can make your espressos, cappuccinos etc. The staff at breakfast were very helpful, efficient and friendly. The manager was very obliging and helped us with some questions we had on how to use the elevator, very friendly. The only downside was the reception staff at the front. When we entered the hotel, there was a man and a lady at reception, no other guests, besides us. They were looking at their computers and talking to each other. Didn't even bother looking up at us when we stood right in front of them. I asked the man if we could check in, he just continued to speak to the lady, still didn't even bother to look at me! Then the lady asked for me details, so I walked over to her. We booked 2 rooms, one with a double bed, and another room with 1 double & 1 single bed. The lady in the front gave us 2 rooms with 1 double bed each. When we went to the rooms, found the error, we went back down and showed her the reservation we printed out with the room details, she didn't seem happy, didn't acknowledge the error. They sent a staff member to basically separate the 1 double bed into 2 single beds (the reservation was for 1 double & 1 single bed in the one room). After a long journey and dealing with the unhelpful lady at reception, we just kept quite and accepted the 2 single beds. Other than that, our stay at the hotel was good. To the other staff members, keep up the good work!
