The location was good, near to Montmartre and our favourite restaurant la marmite. The room was advertised as having a view of the Eiffel Tower but we had to lean out the window to see it. The lifts were very small

The location was ideal, within a 15 min walk to the station and close to the Moulin Rouge and Sacré Coeur. Each staff member was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. It was also helpful that they easily switched to English when they conversed with us. The room was as advertised however there was a weird smell in the entry way and the walls were slightly scuffed and a small portion of the floor was warped. Overall I was pleased with the service and the location so I would stay again.

Hotel is located close to Sacre Coeur and near some nice cafes & restaurants. Hotel is functional with the smallest elevator I've ever been in! Staff friendly & helpful; breakfast okay; bed too soft for me. Overall good value for money.

I stayed there for 3 nights while travelling in Paris. The location is good and is close to two Metro stations. There is also a supermarket and are some souvenirs shop around. I got problem with my reservation and two staff members tried their best to help (it took me more than 30 mins, I am not sure if the 15-min guarantee policy applies). Staff members were friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay there again.

The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast is varied and well served. The rooms are small but comfortable. The hotel is near the metro station and is in a region full of restaurants and pubs.

I would not recommend you stay here, I ended up paying to stay in another hotel as this place was so bad. The hotel is very cramped, rooms and public spaces are tiny and the whole place smelt slightly of vinegar. The hotel really needs refurbishing and is poor even by budget hotel standards. The rooms look tired and old. Just do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

This is a good value option for Paris, though it and it's rooms (and it's lift) are as bijou as you'd expect for Parisian budget hotels. We were in room 706 which has an inner courtyard balcony window with Eiffel tower view. It was also next to the lift, and it's announcements of arrivals at floors 6 - 8 could be heard in the room. A blocked toilet was fixed whilst we were out, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The buffet breakfast had lots of options and was good quality with plenty of tables. It's not at the heart of the the museum district, and whilst "Sacre Coeur" might seem like a romantic alternative be aware this very much in Pigalle rather than the Montmartre hill from which it takes its name. It's not next to a sex shop or anything, but it's only a short stroll away. Anvers is the nearest metro, but if you find yourself at Pigalle it's not worth changing lines.

my hotel room was stolen. the manager was not at the hotel and didn't appeared. They didn't call the police. Nothing was resolved at the hotel. I spend my nights afraid to be stole again. I don't recommend to anyone.

The IBIS Sacre couer is well located. Easy to rech fron the stations and just a step away from the Sacre coeur. By Metro, the city is easy to explore. The hotel itsekf is a typica IBIS hotel, clean and cosy. The rooms are tight, but you expect nothing els from hotels in Paris. the buffet for breakfast is sumptious and even contains Madeleains. A good choice.

Arrived late after checking in on line to be told that there was no room for me. When I asked why I was told "there is a problem with the room but we have another hotel for you". I then asked is it far from the hotel and I was told "it is in Paris". This is when I started to worry. In fairness the hotel sourced a taxi which was paid for. However I had selected this hotel to be close to where I was going to a business meeting. The taxi journey was 30 minutes away in light taxi so God knows the distance away. The hotel I was transferred to was in a self catering room type, clean but poor breakfast and well out of the way. Next morning had to figure out the metro system to figure out where to go. This is not the first time I've turned up at a IBIS hotel late at night in Paris to be told the room is gone, so beware!

The location is good (close to the metro), surrounding area also nice (there are 2 halal food resto near the hotel), the room is small but quite comfort, the staff very friendly and helpful. But the lift is so tinny..))

Reasonably priced and within easy reach of the centre of Paris, this is ideal for tourists who do not expect luxurious surroundings. The rooms are small, the ensuites tiny, but adequate. Staff is friendly and helpful.

the double room I stayed in was tiny - as was the bathroom / shower / toilet - however like all Ibis hotels it was very clean and tidy . the lift was also very small . self service breakfast was ok but no hot food - unless you cooked your own boiled egg

We were very satisfied with the cleaning and the big double bed. The hotel is situated in a very good zone of Paris concerning the budget, because there are supermarkets, souvenirs, cheap restaurants, pubs as you go out of the hotel. The other positive point is that we had so much fun visiting the shops in the evening that are from 100m to the hotel. The hotel is very small, the lift is very tiny. I would suggest the hotel to those who just want to sleep in the hotel room and visit the city all day.

Our journey in Paris at Ibis was really good and all staff members were kind and disposable with us. Check in online was easy and very comfortable to receive our room when we arrived at the hotel, which was located in a wonderful place, near Sacre Coeur and at 5 minutes from Anvers, the nearest underground stop. Fast check out was easy and very useful to earn time. We absolutely recommend this hotel to families and other customers.

When in Paris you usually go around and you don't waste time in a hotel room. This hotel is easily reachable with the public transport and is a few minutes walk to the church of sacre coeur, and the countless restaurants and places to hang out. Usual ibis quality, friendly staff and very helpful. i used the stairs normally because the lift is good only for one person with luggage

Hotel was quieter than I thought it might have been, being on a main road. Good location for Sacre Coeur and surrounding areas. Breakfast was adequate and free coffee in reception. A good budget hotel and would stay again if in the area.

This is the second time we have stayed and its a great place to stay to explore Paris. It is very close to transport, supermarket, plenty of places to eat and souvenier shops. The rooms are small, but comfortable with a great bed. The Ibis staff are always great, so helpful with tips for getting around Paris. Love it and want to go back again.

We stayed at Ibis hotel for 2 nights. Hotel is average in terms of cleanliness and friendliness of star. Everything is tight and small including reception, elevators. No dining room, restaurant and bar. For those who got breakfast they sit in a small area behind the elevator. I didn't have breakfast because it seemed too expensive for what they offered. It was 10euros per person while I bought some croissant and Danish coffee for 7 for all if us from a baker just across the road. The hotel is close to 2 train stations but it is far to all other attraction except sacre coeur. The area seems very local nothing flashy or touristy. L'open tour HOHO bus has a line colour yellow that goes across the road from the hotel. Overall it is a basic stay if you only need a hotel to sleep and you don't mind the travel to attraction but if a bit if luxury and touristy experience are a must for your stay that is not the place.

Very friendly reception and was given a room at the back as requested. Great location for Montmartre and surrounding area. However the window frames were literally rotting so difficult to open and close. Also the shower was so small that it was very difficult indeed to stand within the shower without having the water control sticking into you whilst also the curtain was then useless. And whilst no stick I'm not that big. Really a modern shower cubicle is needed.
