rooms were cramped and bathroom was substandard. the location was very close and practical but the surrounding of the hotel especially the foot bridge to shopping wall mall was very filthy and full of urine. not good for the image of the hotel

Used as a base when visiting Paris. Secure parking and 3 minutes walk from metro. Easy access to motorway direct to Calais. Didnt pay extra for breakfast as felt expensive at 10 euros but used cafes in Paris instead.

Close to public transport. Otherwise it's like a budget hotel with poor service starting from front desk to check out. The room for 3 ppl is same as a double room with a rack attached close to window.

Very good breakfast, good location near to metro, good staff at reception. Near to a shopping center. Cleanness ist good and has a place to eat in the shopping center. Has a parking lot with a lot of places but in necessary to pay.

Room was as expected, clean and quiet . However , reception area was below standard. The carpet requires renovation, and there was a strong smell of spicy food which may not please all. In addition , the access to the hotel was restricted and we had to get off the taxi some distance away which may be a problem if you have baggage.

Not fancy but well located. Room is small but comfortable (matrass and pillows are wonderful), isolation from noise is also very good. Metro just few meters away and shopping centre close by. Breakfast is acceptable

We stayed a week here around New Year's. The location was fine for us. Not right in the center (where everything's super crowded and pricy, especially during the holidays), but just 2 minutes walk to the metro (M3) station, and you can easily get to the Paris center from there (M3 brings you to Opéra in 20 min). There's a mall on your way to the metro, with McDonalds, Auchan, pharmacy, local bakery, etc. This was pretty convenient. The room was a standard Ibis room in my opinion. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom was fine. WiFi worked well. The staff was nice and helpful. If you’re on budget, I would recommend this place, it totally worked for us.

We had a pleasant stay, we made a reservation by internet. Its our favorite hotel in Paris, we have been here frequently.Location of the hotel is excellent. With a safe parking accommodation. The metro and a large shopping mall is nearby. Breakfast time untill 10.00 schould be extended during the weekend. The cleaning in the restaurant starts too early, before 10.00. We will advise our friends and family to take this hotel because of the quality-price relation.

Beds are always very good in Ibis. It is the case in Bagnolet also. The cleaning the the common part like the hall or the corridors should be improved but the room was clean anyway. The bathroom was clean and the shower was large. Just a door could be helpful to reduce the leakage. The staff is efficient , smily and take care of their cients.

Well placed for getting into Central Paris by Metro (end of Line no 3) and also just off the ring road if coming by car. Restaurants etc in the area aren't great, and not much to do by way of entertainment in the locality. Usual Ibis hotel - clean, functional, polite - no problems at all with staying there again if working in that area.

In the first day, the sockets were out of order, and my car was damaged front the hotel. About parking rate was too expensive(11€/11hrs), and no offer for my 5 days stayment. Above all, I didn't feel good.

Travelled with friends to Paris, we stayed at this hotel. The hotel is cozy with friendly people. Reception always available to help. Breakfast is very careless crush and I found rotten fruit for 3 days of the 4 days I was in the hotel.

Easy to find from motorway, i know for next time how to access the car parks, and then find my way to the right reception area for the right hotel,as the budget hotel is part of the same complex. Not the most salubrious of areas, but does what it says on the tin. Only 3 miles to Gare de Lyon.

Unfortunately, my stay was not satisfactory. The hotel itself is worse than hostel stay... Rooms are not very clean and stinky and receptionist is not very friendly. They claim that they will solve your problem in 15 mins and if not you get your money back however solution to every problem is to change the room. During our three days stay, we changed the rooms three times. Telephone was not working, TV was not working, Shower was not working, the bathroom door was making irritating noises and overall you dont have peace of mind. Definitely not a relaxing holiday. There is only one receptionist so you have to wait a lot if you want to speak about anything... While in conversation dont be mad if the receptionist goes off to handle other customers... You cannot expect great hospitality in France in general (I read it online before so I was kind of prepared)... Anyway, please dont get fooled based on pictures online... You wont find same facilities as they mention online. All the best...

An interesting location, convenient to one of the more easterly metro stations. My first impression may have been tempered by the vision of face painted adults exiting the bar area, however, the whole experience was a little surreal. The combination of newly painted walls and cigarette smoke played havoc with the nostrils before entering the 'basic' sanctity of a room with a lovely view over the rubbish strewn locale. Breakfast was an expensive experience delivering freshly baked tasty croissants in a cold unwelcoming dining area. The lifts rattled intriguingly as they approached reception. The staff were good when approached but were not well versed in the art of making guests feel welcome.

The area is dirty and totally run down. The Hotel rooms are smallest I ever experienced in a IBIS hotel (room 633) even smaller than in a IBIS budget Hotel The beds are uncomfortable and the matrasses need replacement. I think this Hotel should not accept bookings from individual travellers. The lounge and bar facilities are always overrun by hordes of bus tourist and the noise when 3 busloads arrive simultaneously is unbearable. Only the staff must be congratulated! They are capable, friendly and must have nerves of steel and how quickly they clear up the chaos in the breakfast room after some 200 tourists had taken over is laudable.

- LOCATION Within couple of minutes walking distance from the Galleini bus station where the London coaches arrive/depart from. Has a walkway to a mall where there is a massive superstore selling almost everything of need as well as eating places including a McDonalds. The area itself is not the cleanest of neighbourhoods and there is a urine stench on the stairway that leads up to the mall but for backpackers who have come for a city trip this doesn't seem to be a major problem. - HOTEL Pretty much what you would expect from Ibis. Nice comfy clean rooms with ACs which were a blessing in the God awful summer heat that almost kills you. Rooms don't have a kettle or toiletries apart from face wash and shower gel but hot water to make coffee is available downstairs at the ?bar. Best part is even though you can only check in after 12pm there is a secure room to store luggage while one goes sightseeing. - STAFF Ever so friendly, polite and eager to help. Will even guide you to go about your trip

We emailed you 2 times to inform you that we had to cancel our reservations for 2 rooms from May 18th.-May 20th. 2013 due to a death in the family which was necessary that we had to fly back home immediately. We thought you would desperately consider this emergency and would consider charging our credit card for the return money. We were sorry we had to cancel but would appreciate a reply as soon as possible. Please consider our circumstances which we have never received a response from the manager from the hotel which we emailed saying he received our email.

This hotel is close by a sub way and perfect for easy travel into Paris or Disney. The hotel is of course like all ibis hotels. so you know what you get. Nothing more then that. But as this is a very big one it's more fun to stay... there is enough live up there...
