We recommend start exploring the historic heart of the city in the south of the city. Amble down the streets, either on foot, by bike or on the sight-seeing train. Admire the clock tower, the Saint Sauveur cathedral or the Bishop's Palace.
Continue wandering along the Cours Mirabeau Aix locals love take a stroll here come rain or shine. In the summer, the plane trees provide welcome respite from the heat. The avenue is lined with stunning 17th and 18th century buildings.
