If, after having booked an ibis hotel on www.ibis.com, you find an equivalent offer within 24 hours of making your booking, for the same hotel at a lower rate on another website, we promise to offer you this rate with an additional 10% discount.
The best price guarantee applies to reservations made for Ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget hotels on www.ibis.com, subject to a confirmation number supplied when the booking was made.
To request application of the best price guarantee, you need to fill out the claim form online at one of the sites listed above.
The best price guarantee applies exclusively to room reservations for ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget hotels excluding the sale of fixed price agreements/packages (including an offer proposed at the hotel, transport services or any other service connected with the room booking).
The rates covered by the best price guarantee must be accessible to the public and open to reservation, with the particular exception of :
- Rates reserved for "groups"
- Rates reserved for "companies"
- Rates applying to "organizers of seminars and meetings"
- Rates reserved for Accor Favorite Guest Business card, Le Club Accorhotels, ibis BUSINESS and Accor Advantage Plus card holders.
- Rates reserved for Accor partners and their team
- Rates reserved for Accor team members
The equivalent room type must be available and able to be booked on another website at the time it is verified by the Accor customer service team.
The best price guarantee applies to the dates of stay equivalent to the dates of stay reserved on www.ibis.com
For applications relative to a booking for two or more consecutive nights (for the same hotel) the best price guarantee applies on the basis of a price per night and not the total cost of the stay.
If the rate listed on another website is given in a different currency to the one for the rate booked on www.ibis.com, the customer service team will convert the rate to the same currency as that of the rate offered on www.ibis.com
The currency exchange rate to be applied will be based on the current Accor exchange rate on www.ibis.com at the time of the original booking.
When the rate has been converted, Accor reserves the right to refuse a claim, particularly where the difference between the rates seems to be due to the fact that the two websites are using different currency exchange rates.
The conditions of sale associated with the rate on the other website must be equivalent to the conditions of sale for the rate reserved on www.ibis.com for application of the best price guarantee.
The following are particularly concerned:
- Requirements for pre-payment and deposits
- Cancellation conditions
- Conditions for changing the booking
You can access the online request form on www.ibis.com. The mandatory fields on the claim form must be properly completed, and the required supporting documents must be attached to the claim. Claims that are incomplete or incorrect, or that include illegible or incomplete supporting documents, will not be processed.
A request may be made during the 24 hours following the booking on www.ibis.com, using the booking time as proof, and 72 hours before the expected arrival at the hotel. If the original booking was made within 72 hours of arrival, the best price guarantee does not apply.
After verification by the customer service team, the best price guarantee will be granted if your claim satisfies all the application conditions. The customer service team will send you an email with the confirmation number for your booking and the new rate that applies to it.
In the case of a booking relating to a prepaid rate, the hotel will reimburse the price difference to the bank card initially debited online.
If the claim does not satisfy the conditions linked to the best price guarantee, the customer service team will send you an email indicating that the guarantee cannot be applied.
If you wish to cancel the booking made on www.ibis.com, the applicable cancellation conditions are those listed in the terms and conditions of sale shown on the site.
On departure from the hotel, the rate confirmed by the customer service team will be billed to you along with any services not included in the booking (restaurant, bar, etc.).
In the event of a rate that has been prepaid at the time of booking, only any services not included in the reservation (restaurant, bar, etc.) will be billed to you on departure from the hotel.
Accor declines any responsibility regarding any charges incurred following cancellation of a booking, for any bookings made on websites other than Accor group websites.
Accor reserves the right to change or end the best price guarantee as well as the conditions of this guarantee at any time and without prior notice.
