I.B.I.S., Inc. has announced the release of Enterprise Scheduler versions 9.2.6 and 10.2.6 for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 and 10.0 respectively. With this release, the Enterprise Scheduler has again expanded usability and functionality with new features such as:
· Revised New Service Call Window including:
- Equipment Number, Serial Number, Item Description, Contact Name and Contact Phone Number;
- Lookups (CTRL-L) on all validated fields;
- Additional lookup search fields;
- Auto sized results windows;
· Copy/Paste functionality added on scheduled events;
· Ability to color code project events by cost category;
· User interface settings are saved to provide each user with a consistent customized screen interface;
· Additional event search/filter by project number, cost category and service type;
· Streamlined data display in tree views for easier identification of events;
· Utilization analysis by technician;
· E-mail messages now include client contact name and phone number;
· Technician tooltip for easy lookup of contact information;
The Enterprise Scheduler release x.2.6 has expanded search and filter capabilities by Project, Project Cost Category and Service Type.
The New Service Call Entry Window now supports many new fields including Contact Name and Phone Number, Item Number and Serial Number (Equipment Number) and Item Description. With the addition of key seeds, lookups and expanded search fields, entering new service calls just got easier.
