Lenôtre Terms and Conditions for Le Club Accorhotels Loyalty Members

1. كسب نقاط مكافآت

Le Club Accorhotels program members receive one Le Club Accorhotels point for every euro spent (points are earned on the invoice total before tax) at any Lenôtre boutique in France, as well as at the Pavillon Elysée restaurant in Paris. Members will also earn one Le Club Accorhotels point for every euro spent when purchasing Lenôtre cookery courses, as well as for purchases made via the Lenôtre Customer Sales department.

Purchases partially or totally paid for using Le Club Accorhotels rewards gift vouchers are not eligible for earning Le Club Accorhotels points.

Cannot be used in conjunction with other loyalty programs or employee scheme benefits.

2.Converting your Le Club Accorhotels rewards into gift vouchers

كلّما بلغت نقاط مكافآت على حساب النقاط عتبة النقاط المحدد (يجب إثبات ذلك بواسطة كشف الرصيد)، يحق للعضو تحويل نقاط المكافآت الخاصة به إلى قسائم Le Club AccorHotels rewards.

Le Club Accorhotels rewards vouchers are accepted as partial or full payment of purchases made:

  • at any Lenôtre boutique in France
  • at the Pavillon Elysée restaurant in Paris
  • for Lenôtre cookery courses
  • via the Lenôtre Customer Sales department

Le Club Accorhotels rewards vouchers cannot be accepted against the purchase of books, alcohol or media products.

3. Complaints with partners

3.1. Earning points

إذا تبين للعضو نقاط المكافآت لم تضف إلى حسابه بغضون مدة أقصاها 6 أسابيع بعد عملية الشراء في لونوتر، يحق له تقديم شكوى عن طريق ملء نموذج الشكوى المتوفرة على الموقع AccorHotels.com، ويجب أن يشرح فيها موضوع شكواه ويشفعها بالمستندات الداعمة، وذلك في غضون 6 أشهر بعد عملية الشراء في لونوتر.

For the member to be credited with the points, the invoice corresponding to the complaint must be in the name of the Le Club Accorhotels card holder.

3.2. Redeeming Le Club Accorhotels rewards vouchers

For any complaints regarding acceptance of Le Club Accorhotels rewards vouchers at Lenôtre, the member may use the corresponding complaints form in the Help and Contact section of the website.
